This service made travel in Japan so easy. We had a heavy bag that we didn’t need to carry around, so we left it for several days. Check in and check out was easy. One feature I wish they had was extensions through ecbocloak . I had to call by phone in order to extend storage time by a day. Having that feature in ecbocloak would be a welcome addition.
