Unreliable

I don’t recommend using Nannybag or service. We wasted time and money trying to store our bags with it. Their partners aren’t reliable and there’s no quick access to customer support when you encounter issues.

Scary

Looks like their reviews have been reset. Nannybag looks great and their in house reviews look good too. However, I went to send a question on their chat center and they are not working until Monday. They claim it is 24/7 (it’s not)...makes me a little scared to trust them with my bags.
