Great idea, but needs improvements!!
It only has stickers for “Monday” and no stickers or ways to edit Monday to a different day of the week.

Also* it would be nice for it to include frames, stickers and branding for STRONG by Zumba to help us promote those classes too!

It would also be nice to be able to save personalized posts in a “My Folder” and also be able to edit completed posts that are saved.

❗❗❗I want to cancel my membership it and I can't!! Do not fall for this scam!!!!🤬🤬🤬 n order for you to keep your status as an instructor you have to pay about $45 a month. Then when you want to cancel that membership you are only allowed to cancel via phone call. Not allowed to cancel by letter, email or voicemail. What they don't tell you is that they do not answer the phone. You will sit on the phone for over 3 hours and not speak to a single human. All you will hear are prerecorded voices and the same song on a one minute loop. I have reached out via email, phone call, facebook and instagram and no response. I have even left a voicemail that they claim they will get back to you. Worst customer service experience in my life

Great to have a platform for templates that ALL!!!!
I thought ZUMBA was was going to have this application for our clients to click on a link, bring them to a form of payment after the process was completed they can join the LIVE class. The team just hurry and threw something together which doesn’t solve anything at all. For people who don’t know how take forms of payment online, what website to use for our class to teach live, (google hangouts, zoom, ect... help us out ZUMBA team) Very disappointment, and frustrating was looking to this but what a let down.

As much as I want to absolutely love ClassBuzz, it’s beyond frustrating that when adding my own video, the whole thing is out of frame. No matter where I place it, it comes out with half of the frame and the rest is black. I’ve tried for a whole hour and saved several versions without a different outcome. I want to use it so badly but this needs to be fixed! It’s awful.

When I go to edit a text or form an original text, I’m forced to have a background. I searched for the option to remove the background, but the option is no longer there. Please help!

ClassBuzz is very helpful for posting class and updates of your classes. I’d love more versatility and templates as well. “Monday” and “tonight” templates are not enough. Maybe subbing, all week days and the option of make your own video would be awesome. Also, it needs to improved the “share” function, I had troubles when I wanted to share my post in all my social media at the same time.

In the past, I would give 5 stars. However, I can no longer add my own pics to the background. I continually get error messages. Can only use Zumba’s pics now. Please fix!!!

Please add the ability to import other logos to layer on top of video or add the StrongNation logo for those ZIN members who are licensed in that format also. This would be a powerful tool for sync members to have access to so they can also promote their classes with
Class Buzz. I use ClassBuzz every day for my Zumba classes.

I love the concept of ClassBuzz! It’s a great tool to help us create social media content. I’m looking forward to seeing how ClassBuzz improves in future updates. PLEASE FIX THE AQUA ZUMBA LOGO!! It’s embarrassing that Zumba didn’t use their own own logo properly for this format. It’s in ClassBuzz as Zumba Aqua. It’s not called Zumba Aqua and that’s ridiculous that you put it out there like that.

I like ClassBuzz....can you get some sub alert frames also?

Such a useful tool but we need more templates!! We got Halloween but no Christmas?! And now is 1/2 and we need to promote our classes but have nothing new. Come on self-care challenge! We needed you last week!!

So far so good. Simple and easy to make cute photos to promote myself and my class. I would give it 5 stars if I could use it to post directly to my business page. Otherwise, it is AMAZING! Thanks Zumba!

As an 11 year ZIN, having the this app app available to help us promote our classes is phenomenal. It’s an easy, quick way to keep our classes promoted and to give all of the posts a unified, professional look.

This is an amazing app for instructors to promote themselves. I used to spend too much time piecing together Zumba images to promote my classes and this has simplified things wonderfully. I have just a couple of suggestions that could possibly improve the experience. We definitely need a way to be able to edit our already created posts. Sometimes I’ll save a post but then think man I should’ve added that but there’s no way to reopen the existing post to edit it. Also there should be some cute options for Sub Alters. Still extremely satisfied with ClassBuzz and will definitely continue to use it.
