If I could rate this zero stars I totally would! PhoneLine is disappointing, horrible, and disgusting. I was so mad it charged you cash that I threw my iPad across the room. My mom and I took it to At and T to see if they could fix it but they said they couldn’t. Then they recommended this place that could fix it for $50 in Antarctica! So we drove all the way to Antarctica just to find that the place was in Arizona. I met Santa. We drove to Arizona then when we found the place they were out of business. We had no choice but to go back home. We got home and then I thought if no one can fix this then I will destroy it. I threw it across the room again and threw it in the toilet. PhoneLine is a horrible app for charging money to use a new phone number. Don’t get PhoneLine ever!!!!!!!!!! I am totally disgusted🤢, disappointed😔and very angry🤬.

I’ve tried everything reloading PhoneLine deleting and reinstalling even restarting my phone but whenever I try to use it it won’t load the select your plan screen. So frustrating.

I got PhoneLine because a prank call app told me to get it to use a number other than mine but they have you pay $10 just for 48 calls witch is way too expensive!!😠😠

You can’t even get a number without paying and it cost 6$ for one call and text message like that’s so stupid like why pay 6$ a month for that .? If I can give this 0 stars a would. DONT DOWNLOAD PhoneLine!!

If I could give zero stars I would , I paid $20 for credits because when I put my payment through it kept saying the payment wasn’t accepted BUT it still charged my account. I tried to contact customer service and of course NOBODY responds. It’s been days and my credits STILL aren’t applied. I’m gonna just dispute it with my bank & see what other kind of actions I can take further.

I made an account and purchased a package and I’m not able to use my number it asks me if I want to purchase again , If I can’t get my money back or my account to work I will take further actions. I can’t even send a review now for chosing a name are you serious??

App doesn’t load or even open up at all. Then my phones freeze everything time I try to open it as well. They should really take it down because it won’t work at all.

I use to be able to make phone calls. But now it ends on every try. Not sure what is going on. Very frustrating when I recently purchased multiple minutes!

App does not even work. I made a account that did not work I even tried signing in through Facebook and google and that also did not work. Won’t even load and I tried on multiple devices as well.

I bought this to get a single line, for one month, for $5.99. What a waste! It didn’t work, and also charges you additionally for minutes. Go on google and get a free google number!

If I could give u one half of a star I would!!! Y’all charged my phone even though I declined the offer.... and me forgetting my card is linked to Apple Pay didn’t even help the situation it made it worse... theres no way anybody gonna pay 6 freakin dollars a month for one call and one text... it’s just unfair & y’all are so unprofessional trying to use people money!! I WANT MY FREAKIN REFUND BACK....taking money so easily

I registered by giving them an email and password and then the first thing I see is a paywall.

The cheapest option to use PhoneLine is $6 a month, and this gives you one call. Is this a joke? Free to register but 6$ a month to access using only the cheapest option? You might say they need money to run an app but 6$ a month for one call/number? This is a joke!

App was working great. Then decided to just quit. Gives error that system is unavailable. Try again in 30 seconds. Has been down since last night. Can receive texts. Just can’t send. Deleted app, and reinstalled. Same issue. Rebooted phone. Same issue. I have a lot of texts that I have left but can’t use. Frustrated.

Paid for this to get second line for a charity fundraiser as it was a niche use case and this seemed to solve problem at hand. Paid for service and line I was assigned is unable to call or text out and when dialing from my phone get a busy signal. Save your money and frustration and move on to another solution if looking at PhoneLine.

I’ve tried logging into Google with PhoneLine and once I do it I choose an account and then whenever I do that it starts to load and I waited 45 minutes and it was still loading so can you guys please fix this and I have three bars of Wi-Fi so that means my Wi-Fi is fine it’s not the Wi-Fi that’s the problem it’s the stupid app so could you guys please fix this?!?!?!?!

PhoneLine is great for an anonymous second number. I use it for anonymous sms sending and voice calls. So far so good!

PhoneLine charges you to get another phone number and I’m using this so I can prank call people with a different phone number and PhoneLine is charging way to much for that

I tried the free trial and PhoneLine automatically charged me for $10 after canceling it. I’m extremely annoyed and won’t recommend PhoneLine to anyone or use again.

Does not use another number without purchasing an even more expensive app. Although you can use pc and it will work. PhoneLine is arip-off

Doesn’t even work. It keeps saying “Error Authenticate” every time I try to use it. I tried to contact them about it and no response. What a joke. I’m surprised Apple is allowing this in PhoneLine Store.

I purchased the $5.99 package for Prank Dial but after I paid it keeps say “Error - Authenticate” I don’t know what that means but I want my money back!!

Now PhoneLine was good while I was using it, but there I go accidentally pressing the logout button.. when I try to log back in boom I can’t get back into my number 10 dollars down the drain, I hate PhoneLine

This has to be hands down the worst application on Apple. I spent over $20 dollars to try and get a laugh but nothing worked. Couldn’t send messages, couldn’t authenticate my number. PhoneLine is a complete waste of time and it deserves to be removed

One of the super cool application.I really like PhoneLine. It works great, as like as my second number on my smartphone. Cool!
