Hello there, Since last week I've had problems with the cross country: everytime I use a ticket and wait for the game to find a match, nothing happens! I wait and wait (even longer than the estimated time) but nothing happens. Once I even waited 7 minutes but no match was found. I even switched servers and re started my tablet but nothing helps. I've been playing HRT for the past 3 years and I need to make my CP. please help anyone?

Every time I try to open an adventure game, event game, or club map, the game kicks me off. The adventure and event games always says other people are playing, but I've never been able to get on. I play on a HP chromebook.
My problem is that when I'm playing Horse Riding Tales: It will kick me out all the time, I'm on level 7 but it did that before also. It also kicks my brother out on his computer, my computer, my dad's I-pad, and my mom's I-pad. I don't think its the devices because it did it on all four of them.
The “jump button” is off screen, unable to be accessed by player. I can only see a sliver of it when horse is moving but not enough to press it.
