I try to get rid of the decorations on the desk by hitting the x button but they don’t go away why is that did y’all make it to where they won’t go away cause that is not funny. Please fix this thanks for a good game aside from the problem. That problem still is not fixed I am really annoyed with that. Please developers please please fix this problem I don’t know if anyone else is having this issue or it’s just my phone but, I have tried to other button to and it still will not go away please please please fix. I love your games! 👍🏻

I love the games so much but I’m missing characters !! It won’t let me bring other characters into other places they just disappear!! AND the games aren’t well linked together so I can’t move people around all the places

Hello. I discovered a problem that just started today.
What happened was, I took my characters all the way down the elevator to go to the restaurant, and when I got down and clicked the door, it showed the icon it shows when you click something and it’s a game you don’t have that you clicked. Worse yet, I was on THIS VERY APP when I clicked the diner and it showed that “Coming soon” icon on the diner and THE ICON SHOWED IT LIKE I DIDN’T HAVE THE GAME WHILE I WAS ON IT AND I COULDNT USE THE ELEVATOR AND I JUST HAD THE CHARACTERS AND NOTHING ELSE!!!!!!!!!
Also, another anomaly/glitch/strange problem.
I can’t use the subway.
I haven’t tried my other My City games to see if they have the glitch. I hope not, but on MyCity, PLEASE FIX! I am a HUGE fan of these games and I would absolutely, positively DETEST having to delete my apps, lose ALL the stuff I’ve saved, and redownload!!! PLEASE RESPOND!
I might turn into the bird in a cuckoo clock if I don’t get a response with at least instructions on how to fix, right now I do not care if I lose my progress in the process! By the way, I don’t think restarting MyCity is going to fix, and it would just delete my progress for nothing if it doesn’t work, and I’d prefer a method that doesn’t delete my progress if possible. Every time I play it always does the glitch it’s so weird I don’t know why please fix it I hope you do because I’ll like it even more if you do please please do it and I played every day to check and see if it the glitches come better please fix it or I won’t play anymore so just fix it or else I’ll give you a 1 star Reveal I might do it now but I won’t I’ll give you time I promise I promise promise promise just fix it I love everything about it but just fix it please

Okay so I LOVE my city. As a 12 year old I still find it really entertaining to play and use (can keep me entertained for hours on end) it’s just that 4 of my characters disappeared and are nowhere to be found. Can I get them back or are they done forever?

He I really love the game, I think it is an amazing game for kids of all ages. But I was wondering how to open the fish tank I know that you have to find keys but can you please give some hints because I have no clue where they are thanks

Great game you should play this game. My suggestion is to have like a dance 💃 place and a soccer ⚽️ place and a movie theater 🎭 ! And a mall,olive garden 😂 lol jk

I was thinking maybe you could make a game that they go on a camping trip in their camper and they have rooms and could have a kitchen and places where they can travel like a park or the mountions

I love this game but I wish you would make a school and a mall. Because I have these school supplies and there’s no school so I can’t use it because there’s no school. Also I want a mall so when it’s there birthday we can them gifts. But other than that it’s AWESOME!

I noticed a bug. When I'm trying to go from the office to the diner, when the elevator comes down, it goes back up and disappears. I normally like the game, but please fix that bug and I will go back to 5 stars.

Can you make a app for a suburb. It would have a few houses. Or a whoville. It would have the grinch and Mount crumpet and Cindy Lou who. I also love that you are making a new app for New York. You can also make a studio. I know MyCity already has a tv place. But the one I am talking about is one that films a tv show with a set and actors and a director chair and

So I've been playing this all day I've noticed some bug like when I play a certain character I won't be able to feed them but I'll have to completely restart the game otherwise no complaints I rlly love this game it's amazing

How do you get all the keys? I have no idea where they are and it’s driving me crazy!!!!!!!!!!! You have amazing games. Amazing you should make all hair cuts available even if you don’t have that character. I also wish there were more secret rooms and maybe you should make a secret house. Secret house secret house!

This is an amazing game but it seems like the game isn’t connected to the other games
