I got this game/adventure for my eight year old Granddaughter to play, not completely knowing what it was. She plays Minecraft now like a pro and loves games that let her build worlds and wander through them. I thought this would probably be too young for her and she would get tired of it fairly quickly but boy was I surprised!

This is one of the nicest planned games I’ve seen and has captivated her for hours and hours now. She has played it now for a week or so and it still is amazing! The play portion is fun for younger kids but the older kids just LOVE finding what combinations yield the different buildings. In all the time my Granddaughter has been playing, she still has twenty or so buildings that she hasn’t discovered. Once you discover the different buildings, discovery of what’s inside is so much fun.

Also, the train and track layouts are so much fun to play with. I really enjoy watching the planning of her towns. Deciding where to put the trains, the roads, the bus stations, electrical systems and just all the rest of the infrastructure is such thinking game too, I just love it. And then... turn on the night mode and see it all at night, it’s wonderful.

Thank you to the developers of this game, it’s been such a fun time playing and planning. I can see the wheels turning in her head when she plays it and the questions she asks are truly revealing as what she is planning. It’s been really great.

This is a game right? Is it a good one or a bad one? If you ask me I would frankly say... Horrific, horrible, terrible. Why?
-horrific, horrible, terrible : Three words, LAGGY, and HARD every time my poor daughter(6yd) plays it turn her device off, like wth. It is frustrating as a parent because I want her to be able to play and when it lags(all the time) it ends in a crying meltdown kicking screaming on the floor. Don’t get this game for little ones it’s just not at all worth it. Don’t get me wrong my child love loves it and it is somewhat educational but it just isn’t worth it one bit. That’s how I got two sad stars!? What are your thoughts! Sorry to the creators but I got to get it out there(it’s been bothering me for years.)Creators great game! But not for my family and everyone I know that own this I ishy game!!!!!👹👺🤬🤬😡🤗😱

I really love this game and not even one thing is bad at all. My child, Grant loves it and you. Grant is a seven year old. He is righting to you. Dr Panda 🐼🎓 and Toto made this great game! I love it 😍! I wish when you are a boat 🚣🏿 or an airplane ✈️ or a train 🚂 or a car 🚗 or a truck you could cantorial it. I wish you could fix that. I'll even play it when I'm a man. I LLLLLLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEE IIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTT BUT I LOVE IT 😍 but I want to go on more than one floor. Bye 😘

Tips: If your city disappears delete some apps or photos or buy more space.

doesn’t have all the freemium mess a lot of this devs games have.

has a lot to build, love the interactions, the combining is fun the moving characters around like dolls is so cute.

I wouldn’t touch most of the devs new stuff especially anything with subscriptions. This is nothing like the new stuff it’s a great game, great creative fun.

While I wish for a 3rd I don’t know I’d want it this dev has fallen into the freemium, subscription black hole with many of there sequels.
If they make a 3rd it ether have to be premium,
Or free with in app dlc like purchases like Toca Life World does with there building packages.
No subscription junk!

Must be expanded on with a Bigger map, more deco, larger taller buildings, more characters, pets, babies etc..

I had the original 2014 game for my kids and they loved it. They saw that there was a new one and they really wanted it. I told them that I would pay for half and they could pay for the other half. They agreed and I bought the game. Love how you can play inside the houses and make it nighttime. The only thing I would say is that the kids were putting lots of people in jail and as soon as they clicked out of the police station, the people got out of the jail cells. Overall, very impressed.

Hi I am 10 years old I just wanted to tell you how much fun I am having with HoopaCity2 ! I am new to HoopaCity2 and didn’t get this until yesterday . But this has been the best app ever!!! I am loving HoopaCity2 so much that l am not playing with any of my others !! My favorite part about HoopaCity2 is that you have to unlock all the different buildings. Thank you for creating HoopaCity2. It is the best !

When I went into the game I built an outstanding city that filled up all the spaces, but when I went into it the day after every one of my worlds were deleted: What’s wrong with that you ask? Well, I worked for at least 1 hour straight on that world just to see it gone?
The game is a really good building game, but I have HoopaCity2 money for nothing? What a waste. I recommend not buying it! 😤

I have no idea how many games we’ve bought for our kids on the iPad. Most of them are played on road trips, but they quickly lose interest. However, they still enjoy this game after playing it off and on for weeks. My 4 year old and my 7 year old love it.

We love this educational experience where kids can learn to build and get creative and be proud of themselves. The secret combinations of things you can build are very well thought out, and this might as well be the best game Dr. Panda has to offer yet. Thank you so much guys!

I enjoy this game, even though I'm older than the recommendation. I have some ideas that could be put into the game. I think it would be fun if it would save the the things you change in the buildings. I also think there should be a clothing store or mall. Thank you!

There needs to be things to build I built all of them in a day and like it’s fun to play but I need more ideas and things to build

I hate how you can only go on one floor I wish we can go on all the floors and drive in the cars

I find this game so fun even though I’m not the average age. It’s like a new SimCity. But kind of not. I like the fact that you can see inside buildings and you can combine them. I definitely recommend this game for all ages.

It’s so fun I can build everything else except for the museum please tell me how to build a museum but it’s more than outstanding like my title it’s just so fun

Its a great game like the title says but i really want there to be more buildings and more stuff you can add to the road like a stop sign and traffic lights.

Can you put a add button so if you are stumped on a build you can watch and add for a clue or answer? Also the helicopter water place isn’t building for me.

This game is kind of confusing and hard to work. The first Hoopa City was easier to use. Although it is very updated and has a lot of work put in to it. Good job, just please make it easier to use!

In the places that look like they have more than one floor should have an option to go up a floor! For example the apartment building or the mall!! But the game was fun!!!

You can build anything.

I literally just downloaded this for my daughter and all we can do is access the age verification and then we cannot get past the main menu. Neither her birthday nor an adult’s birthday let’s us start a new game, which we just paid $3.99 for on a 3 year old iPad. So...

HoopaCity2 is awesome. You can use it without WiFi which I love, and it has so many fun secrets. It is so cute and interesting, and has great animations. Perfect app
