I try to get rid of the decorations on the desk by hitting the x button but they don’t go away why is that did y’all make it to where they won’t go away cause that is not funny. Please fix this thanks for a good game aside from the problem. That problem still is not fixed I am really annoyed with that. Please developers please please fix this problem I don’t know if anyone else is having this issue or it’s just my phone but, I have tried to other button to and it still will not go away please please please fix. Characters are disappearing!!

I love the games so much but I’m missing characters !! It won’t let me bring other characters into other places they just disappear!! AND the games aren’t well linked together so I can’t move people around all the places

Hello. I discovered a problem that just started today.
What happened was, I took my characters all the way down the elevator to go to the restaurant, and when I got down and clicked the door, it showed the icon it shows when you click something and it’s a game you don’t have that you clicked. Worse yet, I was on THIS VERY APP when I clicked the diner and it showed that “Coming soon” icon on the diner and THE ICON SHOWED IT LIKE I DIDN’T HAVE THE GAME WHILE I WAS ON IT AND I COULDNT USE THE ELEVATOR AND I JUST HAD THE CHARACTERS AND NOTHING ELSE!!!!!!!!!
Also, another anomaly/glitch/strange problem.
I can’t use the subway.
I haven’t tried my other My City games to see if they have the glitch. I hope not, but on this app, PLEASE FIX! I am a HUGE fan of these games and I would absolutely, positively DETEST having to delete my apps, lose ALL the stuff I’ve saved, and redownload!!! PLEASE RESPOND!
I might turn into the bird in a cuckoo clock if I don’t get a response with at least instructions on how to fix, right now I do not care if I lose my progress in the process! By the way, I don’t think restarting the app is going to fix, and it would just delete my progress for nothing if it doesn’t work, and I’d prefer a method that doesn’t delete my progress if possible. RSVP!
