Messed up metrics, malfunctioning UI, makes watch unusable.

This watch thinks I went on a 42 mile run. I can assure you, I did not run 42 miles. I can’t seem to find any way to correct that, or check to see if it’s just a metrics thing with it failing to convert between different units of measurement. I can’t submit feedback within the app either because it just shows me a blank page when I click on that. I didn’t want to sign up with this app, but even if I did there would have been no way to do it without single sign on through another provider. The app doesn’t let you go past the first screen after you enter an email address.
I think I have to stop using this watch on account of the crap app and the mistakes it’s making with measurements of basic activities like running. What a waste of money.

i keep trying to make an account but it just says “network anomalies. please try again later”. i literally just want to connect to my phone so that i can get the time right and messages. shame
Cubitt Jr compatibility issues

Cannot connect Cubitt Jr watch to app via Bluetooth. Continue to get the message “network anomalies”. Very frustrating.
If corrected would be happy to return and improve rating.
