This watch thinks I went on a 42 mile run. I can assure you, I did not run 42 miles. I can’t seem to find any way to correct that, or check to see if it’s just a metrics thing with it failing to convert between different units of measurement. I can’t submit feedback within HitFitPro either because it just shows me a blank page when I click on that. I didn’t want to sign up with HitFitPro, but even if I did there would have been no way to do it without single sign on through another provider. HitFitPro doesn’t let you go past the first screen after you enter an email address.

I think I have to stop using this watch on account of the crap app and the mistakes it’s making with measurements of basic activities like running. What a waste of money.

Gives me weird Chinese symbols. I’m probably going to get hacked now. Can’t get code. Super irritating. Fix this….

I have put in a trouble report, but have gotten no response.

Cannot connect Cubitt Jr watch to app via Bluetooth. Continue to get the message “network anomalies”. Very frustrating.
If corrected would be happy to return and improve rating.

HitFitPro is so annoying am I’m a literally so close to deleting it. It keeps on saying my network and I need help

i keep trying to make an account but it just says “network anomalies. please try again later”. i literally just want to connect to my phone so that i can get the time right and messages. shame

How do I set up my daily personal goals? As a default I have 8000 steps, I want to change it to 15.000. Did not find a way

Come on give someone upgrade!

HitFitPro is great when it works. For some reason the sleep party won’t sync but everything else does. One day it works and the next it doesn’t register a thing. I’ve tried restarting HitFitPro and nothing helps.

Come on people! Give some upgrate for watch face! Please!

I initially could not set up an account for HitFitPro to use my SuperSonic watch and contacted the developer and the watch manufacturer. Putting in the requested data and selecting send code returned Chinese characters and/ or some form of a ‘network anomalies’ pop up.

Switching Wi-Fi off and requesting the code again using only Cellular data did the trick and a code was immediately sent to my email allowing an account to be set up. I was then able to reenable Wi-Fi for normal use.

The customer service reps at Supersonic were very supportive as the conduit for responses from the developer.

App works very good !!

Wow! HitFitPro Amazing!

Hello everyone! The developer seems to have fixed the errors of the server not working, but it can now only interact with android. For iPhone, you can also register on the server to create an account, but the phone with the clock DOES NOT connect displays a message that your device must be authorized and everything is new ad infinitum. Thank you.

From a completely non-working application, the developer managed to fix errors on the Android platform and after some time on IOS. For which the developer thanks a lot.
