Tried the free trial, and it did not work- since then I have been getting charged WEEKLY for the service that does not work. I am requesting a refund for all charges to my account. What a scam.

The app charged me $8.27 for weekly subscription. I’ve chosen to have a UK number, only to receive SMS. Got one. Then — surprise! - the app says “your number does not support this” (meaning, SMS). But the app offered to change the number, and I tried that. Changing — and charged $3.00 for that! All right, agreed. Response: the number can’t be changed. Yet, the money was taken. Now, driven more by sick curiosity than anything else, I tried yet another number, and lost another $3.
The bottom line: I am down $14, no SMS ever sent or received, no caljs maid. App deleted, subscription cancelled (but, naturally, no refund).
All is not lost, however. I complained to Apple and requested full refund. May be I am overly optimistic, but I think I will have my $14 back in two days.
But the app? Won’t try it again if they pay me.

The built-in customer service contact doesn’t work. I have emailed you to modify my account - no answer! I have even uninstalled the app and you keep charging me. I have questions but I get no service. So all you want to do is get my money?
I have unsubscribed through iTunes and you keep charging me!
I have rewritten you the email with SIMless in the subject line asking you to stop billing me - that I am unsubscribed, uninstalled the App and Yet you keep billing me. Stop billing me and refund my 3 extra billings.

This ap does not work after I pay and have new number . I start to used it texting a friend and the text disappeared or keep track of your text the minutes you go out of the the number u text . Also when I try to text again with the same number it won’t let u it’s would say u have have existed text and u can text no more . They need to fix there bug
