How to fix KeyPro app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the KeyPro app on iPhone
Update KeyPro app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall KeyPro iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix KeyPro on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve KeyPro network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

KeyPro Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix KeyPro not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the KeyPro App
1. On android, goto Settings » KeyPro » click [Force Stop]

Update KeyPro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KeyPro App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » KeyPro » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart KeyPro.

Fix KeyPro unable to contact server/ KeyPro internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click KeyPro » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto KeyPro » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch KeyPro
