- Merci de contrôler les voitures que vos partenaires utilisent.

- Surtout le propreté.

- L'application buggue parfois.

- Je n'arrive pas à utiliser l'appli, ce n'est pas intuitif.

- Il semble y avoir un problème à l'enregistrement.

- Mon numéro semble être «invalide».

I wann to download the Gozem app but it doesnt work. The Note is: download on this Phone is not possible. My Android Version is 12

To resolve Gozem network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Gozem App
1. On android, goto Settings » Gozem » click [Force Stop]

Clear Gozem App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Gozem » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Gozem.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Gozem » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Gozem » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Gozem
