This app is perfect for me! I was connected with a coach right away. She’s available, encouraging and communicates often. She answers questions or concerns quickly. I love this personal connection. The color-coded personal nutrition plan is simple and helps make grocery shopping less confusing. This will help anyone to develop healthier shopping that leads to healthier eating. You also receive constant information on nutrition and healthy eating. It’s great knowledge and helps to keep me focused on better food choices and eating habits. The app also provides other valuable lessons on many topics that effect our health such as sleep, anxiety, living alone & motivation. There are many topics for the 55+ age group! I love the workout choices and making my own exercise plan for what I need. My coach is great help here too. There is definitely something for everyone. The progression is great! I deal with knee problems that have restricted my ability for aerobic exercise. Mighty Health offers perfect workouts from chair to low impact to joint strengthening. I’ve been able to progress at a surprising rate. Pleasant surprise! The simple daily log-in to Mighty is great accountability...food log, exercise log, lessons & workouts! Again, perfect for me at age 66 and I definitely recommend Mighty Health to all over 50 that are ready to make changes for a healthier life! I’m confident they’ll find it a perfect fit also.
Get fit with support
I went in search of an app that could help me get focused on exercise that I could learn to do safely, enjoy and make progress. I decided to give Mighty App a try & so glad that I did. Although I know the basics of eating healthy, the brief but informative nutritional info that is provided daily has helped me to refocus on healthy choices. The guideline is not complicated making food choices easy! I love that I have a coach & he is providing me with exercise options that fit my needs & goals. The instructors give clear instructions & demos for the exercises. And I love that I am able to do this all at home, which has made it so much easier to meet my goals. There is also a support group to encourage & cheer you on. The app benefits people post bariatric surgery, people wanting to loose weight, people wanting to gain strength & flexibility, no matter the age or fitness level. One recommendation would be to make available the cost of the app easier to know. But they do offer a feee trial period. I feel as though it is cost effective for the services provided. Fit my need
I’m trying to stay as youthful & strong as possible which can be tricky when you’re 71 years young. This app is easy to use, & because it’s internet based, I can take it easily along on our RV travels. I like that they keep the nutrition part easy to follow. Love checking off boxes every day to see what I’ve accomplished. The instructors are easy to follow, & I like that they give you variations if you feel that you can “up” your workout.
I love Mighty Health
I waited to write a review until I had used the app for 4 months. I wanted to know if I would stick with it. The two most valuable aspects of this program for me are the coach and the variety of workouts. My coach is encouraging and fun to interact with. He cheers me on, offers advice and answers questions. The workouts are at many different levels of ability and I have been able to find enough that is tailored to what I need and my abilities Some workouts are quite difficult, some quite easy and some just right. I’m very pleased with my investment in mighty health. Give it a try!
Back in the game
I lost control of myself during this pandemic. I’m enjoying this program very much for a lot of reasons. The personal coach is a motivating must for me. I feel like I’m doing this with somebody. I can motivate myself for awhile, but I want this to be a healthy life style change. Not just reach a goal, quit and go right back to the beginning. I like the check it off your list and I’m done for the day. I love the no processed food idea, and I absolutely love that I don’t have to measure, weigh every bite for my food log. I can’t believe I am exercising every day. It feels great!
I love this health program!
I joined Mighty Health at 49, right after surgery on my broken elbow. My coach and the health tracks he put me on helped me feel like I was being proactive in my journey towards better health even as I recovered from surgery. The workout videos make it clear how to modify the exercises depending on your comfort/pain level. And as an added bonus—I have learned how to eat healthier! Mighty Health helped save me during a low point, both physically and emotionally, and continues to keep me on the right track. Highly recommend!
I have probably tried every diet and exercise app there is and this is the first one that makes sense. No counting calories, macros or points. Just learning how to eat healthy foods. Also the exercise routines are great for us more “mature” folks. They are challenging but not so hard that you can’t get up off the floor when you are done. I also love having a coach that checks in on me every few days. I think it’s so worth the money and I am looking forward to losing more weight and getting healthy.
I finally found a program that actually works. I have tried so many diet plans that work for a while but the weight just came back. This is a total lifestyle plan. Weight loss, workouts, support and coaching. It’s an entire community. You can reach out to other people struggling just like you and cheer each other on. I recommend this to anyone over 50. The workouts are designed to be modified to your ability. This is wonderful.
The workouts are great. They give me time to follow so that I am in the correct position. Am really liking all the thing the app offers. I will say that the step counter does not count my treadmill steps correctly but I know what I am doing so does not really matter to me. Have only had for a little over a month but am feeling better and have lost a little weight. Want to get more into the blogs and groups. Still exploring all the app offers but am very pleased.
This Is It!
I have tried everything! As a smaller woman before Menopause, I was totally unprepared for the changes in my body as I approached middle age. I tried all the other weight loss apps, and felt overwhelmed and lost at sea. I came across this and am so glad I did. It is a wonderful program that sees you as a person, not a number on the scale. The best part? The coaches are real people who really want you to be healthy, and therefore happy. It is easy to follow and easy to love!
Mighty Health is great!
I have been using the Mighty Health app for 6 months now. I absolutely love it! I led a mostly sedentary depressed life before starting this app. Now I walk 40 minutes per day and do a 30 minute exercise routine everyday. I am so much stronger and my mental health is better. I also have my own personal coach who helps me with my food choices and any other questions I have. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get healthy.
This app is truly amazing. It has everything you need from lists of foods that are good for you to delicious recipes and most of all exercise videos and challenges that are very enjoyable and challenging. You also have a health coach that is there to help you with any questions you might have. I would definitely would recommend this for anyone 50 years of age and older
I love this app. My coach answers any question I have. I really love the chair exercises. They aren’t easy for me and since I can’t stand to exercise, I’m expecting them to take a while before they become too easy. The only con to this app is there doesn’t seem to be many lessons. I have noticed that they recently added more which maybe that happens when you’ve done a certain amount.

I’ve only been on the program for a little longer than a week. It is well laid out, supportive and helpful. It is educational and age focused in content for 55 plus. My only criticism is the classes I’ve taken so far are all led by juniors. They are trained and good at what they do- I would appreciate if some were older. It is encouraging to see a 70 or 80 year old exercising.
