Summary of SportCam Problems 🔥

- Won't allow you to post to a Facebook group anymore

- No option to record to phone without a streaming service

- Customer service is terrible

- No longer allows you to stream to Facebook

SportCam iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix SportCam app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SportCam app on iPhone
Update SportCam app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SportCam iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SportCam on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SportCam network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SportCam Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SportCam not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SportCam App
1. On android, goto Settings » SportCam » click [Force Stop]

Update SportCam to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SportCam App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SportCam » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SportCam.

Fix SportCam unable to contact server/ SportCam internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SportCam » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SportCam » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SportCam
