Terrible customer services

Purchased Pro, but can not use the features. The customer service is terrible. No phone number to call, no one responded your email. Think twice before hitting the purchase button.
Will not stream to Facebook groups

This app used to be so amazing and I loved it. But it no longer allows you to stream to Facebook so I have no use for it.
I keep checking back to see if it is fixed but no luck
I see others are having the same issues. I hope if someone figures out a solve they will post the fix
I contacted customer support and they did not know what I was talking about. This after I used the product successfully for over 2 years
Trial then disaster

I trialed the app for a weekend and it worked fine. Purchased annual for rest of season. First weekend with full purchase nothing worked and got Zero support despite sending in screen shots and errors. Finally I ended up deleting Facebook and App and reinstalling. It started broadcasts but the end people couldn’t see anything at all. Support said nothing until I asked to cancel and even then ignored my logs and screen shots and acted dumb. DO NOT BUY.
