After 2 days of using the the A15H model, one of the motor’s just... wanted to die. I was really disappointed after this happened yesterday. But I am just gonna get another one and hope it goes well!

It great I have a A10 and I couldn’t find any app that connects to this model so it is really good but a down side to it is that you have a small connection range which is a bummer but over all it is was one good job developer! And a I have a thing you can add is it possible you can add more rage to the A15 and A10?

Please update so we can all fit the functions display on our phones (Xs Max &iPhone 11). If you can’t connect your drone to SnaptainAir give it some time firet connect controler then proceed to connect the drone to SnaptainAir . If that doesn’t work “forget the drones wifi” and rejoin it should work. Make sure drone batteries are fully charged. I had problems connecting it at first but then I got it. Really love the drone, SnaptainAir needs a bunch of work please!!!! I want to try the VR mode out so bad but can’t see all the buttons due to SnaptainAir not fitting my display.

When I first got the drone, I was pretty disappointed because when I pressed the return to home button, it flew in a random direction. The customer service however, is excellent and I got a new drone for free. This one has functioned perfectly well and I love it. Thank you Snaptain!

SnaptainAir was not hard to work. All you have to do is READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Go to WiFi on your device, and pair the WiFi. Make sure the drone is on. Then you go to SnaptainAir , and go to your drone. Mine’s the a10 so I don’t know if it’s different, but it really is not that hard.

Just got this drone for a Christmas present and for my first drone has all the bells and whistles I could ask for very strong and easy to set up. Will definitely be racing this drone with my brother cause he got one too I highly recommend this drone and SnaptainAir is very easy to navigate

This was a gift and my first drone so I don’t have any experience but with a zero knowledge i can tell you this drone (A15) and SnaptainAir are garbage. I have an iPhone 7 plus on latest ios and all SnaptainAir says is “please connect to drone’s wifi”. Well guess what, I’m connected to it but SnaptainAir doesn’t recognize the connection.
Also, i fully charged the battery and literally 3 minutes later the drone lost the connection and crashed onto asphalt road.
What a joke

I just got this drone as a gift and I’ve been trying to connect SnaptainAir so I can get some footage or snap some pictures. SnaptainAir doesn’t work at all and I’ve been trying to contact the company to see if they can resolve the issue. The contact email isn’t working anymore.

I really enjoyed the drone especially for its inexpensive price.

I hope this can get resolved. If not, I will be returning the drone.

It worked but it didn’t have sound but that’s ok because I think all i would hear would be the sound of my drone

Received an A15 as a gift, drone flew nicely however SnaptainAir never worked. Successfully connected the phone to the drones Wifi, etc. No control from SnaptainAir , app itself didn’t seem to respond to anything. Not a lot of time has been spent on SnaptainAir. Functionality problems all over this thing. Step up and spend the money on a real unit, I do not recommend SnaptainAir or brand to anyone.

I can’t take alive pictures or video and the Live
doesn’t work video

I have I phone 8. I can’t get SnaptainAir to recognize that I’m connected to the drone’s WiFi and without that you can’t use the video features. Click the support button and it’s in what I think is Chinese. I sent an email. Will see what happens. I tried some of the suggestions Mentioned in another review but they did not work. Disappointed in SnaptainAir and because of that, the drone so far.

Need to disable modem, only enable WiFi, then follow instructions, it will work, verified on iPhone.

We had no problems connecting to it with both an iPhone X and an iPhone 7. However on both cameras the video from the drone feed is upside down. Not sure if this is an app issue or a manufacturing issue but either way it’s kind of annoying.

After recording a flight with the drone, I stopped the video, however it recorded a new video instead of saving the previous video, which I knew was recording. Also, I am unable to control the drone with the phone controls, as none of them work. SnaptainAir majorly needs an update and many fixes.

I’ve tried it all. Changing the batteries, uninstalling and reinstalling SnaptainAir , restarting the phone, putting my phone on airplane mode with the WiFi on, regular attempts, I’ve also tried connecting the remote first (it works) then trying SnaptainAir and it just sits at the “please connect to the drones WiFi”. Don’t know what else to try.

The latest app update fixed the connectivity issue for me on the drone. It’s a great camera drone for the price. Video and photo mode are fantastic.

Easy to use, affordable, great picture quality

You can connect to drone Wi-Fi, but SnaptainAir can’t control drone or display video. Switching on airplane mode, Bluetooth, turning off cellular, changing Wi-Fi settings to Auto and restarting / reconnecting multiple times all did not work.

Nevermind, you fools. Click function display and remove the lens cap and it will work.

No issues whatsoever. Not super user friendly but luckily, I was able to still work it

Good performance indoors. SnaptainAir need some improvement to fit the screen of the device.
