How to fix moomoo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the moomoo app on iPhone
Update moomoo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall moomoo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix moomoo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve moomoo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

moomoo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix moomoo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the moomoo App
1. On android, goto Settings » moomoo » click [Force Stop]

Update moomoo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear moomoo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » moomoo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart moomoo.

Fix moomoo unable to contact server/ moomoo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click moomoo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto moomoo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
