So, I really wanted to like this and it reminds me a lot of an old hospital sim game I played that I loved. However, after a few days of play I have two issues, the first of which is causing me to uninstall it 😢
1 - it keeps losing a lot of the work I’ve done. I just went back in and having logged in off and on all day and building on the rooms I had finally gotten enough to build yesterday, I find it’s dumped me back at yesterday morning so I’ve probably lost at least 10 hours of gameplay 😢 it’s done this a few times now and so frustrating to finally get something built just to have it all disappear.
2 - about the time you’ve filled the first building with machines, equipment, etc. then things get expensive and require a lot of “blueprints.” Unfortunately if you aren’t paying $5/week despite watching lots of ads to try to get more blueprints and money, you’ve hardly made a dent in what you need to expand further. I was having enough fun I was going to actually pay for it but now add that to all my work keeps getting erased, and I’m removing it today 😢
Super bummer. Few small things I wish they’d change like not having to keep manufacturing the drugs to treat people instead of that being automated and let a few staff roam and fill In when a doctor takes a break instead of shutting that room down but overall fun until the glitches and the cost make it unplayable.

I absolutely love playing this game and have for a very long time. Unfortunately, recently it has become very buggy and I haven’t been able to enjoy playing it. If you watch ads it messes with the connection to the server and I have to close out the game and get back in. Not a huge problem. My biggest gameplay issue has been recent. I can no longer register for the events. When each event starts it tells me registration is closed, event ending soon even when the event just started. I have found I am not the only player with this problem.
Now game developers, before you respond to this and say please email support please note that I did three weeks ago and I am still waiting for a reply, I described my issue with game ID and version. And that is after having to dig for the contact email since it is not available in game. This also leads me to believe the game is no longer supported. The event feature is one I enjoy and if the issue doesn’t get resolved I’ll be forced to have to delete the game. Which I have deleted and reinstalled many times to see if this would fix the issue; it did not.
If there is support still out there please fix the bugs so I can enjoy the game again!

I will begin by saying this is one of the better simulation builder management games out right now. The graphics are rich and vibrant and the gameplay keeps interest.
However, similar to many of the reviews posted, there needs to be major change to the level of requirements from the patients vs the level the player achieved. The current settings honestly do not allow a player to “EVER” meet the needs of the patients. The time allowed to fulfill the patient needs before they become unhappy or dead is kind of joke. I know the current trend is to create enough difficulty to push players into actual purchasing items to get ahead but there should be at least some type of need vs ability structure that makes since. Right now it is all over the place.
Lastly, the touch sensitivity within the game definitely needs attention. Even after the recent update the Advisor List is extremely unstable and you can barely click on any of the listed items.

I installed the game several days ago and am managing to move along. Note to others, when first starting out, save your diamonds. You will need them sooner than you think for the first expansion. My biggest question at the moment is it allows you to purchase up to 4 reception desks. I have 3 and 2 are set up but patients are inly going to one of them while the other is doing absolutely nothing. I have tried to move it around to different locations by different doors but patients still only go to one. What is the point of several and spending the money if only one works. It would be nice if there was an FAQ section to explain how some of the aspects of the game work or are supposed to work. Right now Im winging it as i go and trying to figure things out. Also it would be nice it the warehouse told you what ur limit was and if you were getting close. I received medical boxes with items but had no room and wasnt sure what to do. It would also be cool if we could sell stuff from the warehouse too. Im sure myself and others will have additional questions, so a chat area of some sort would be nice. All and all, so far i am pleased with the game. Although if it takes too long to complete certain actions or the expansions are ridiculous amounts of money, people will lose interest and I NEVER spend my real hard earned money on a game.

So this game is ok for a phone game. I downloaded it as soon as it was out and got bored in the first 10 minutes. I still play it a few minutes each day but it seems like if you aren’t constantly playing you don’t earn anything while it’s off. So my progress is going very slow. I got this game because it looked very similar to Theme Hospital on the pc which is the most addicting game ever! However this game just feels like it tried and missed, the fact that it’s a freemium game probably hinders it the most. I’d much rather pay $10-$20 for a full game that can be played as much as I want without timers on everything. I’ll keep playing and see if it becomes more engaging but I feel I’m going to loose all interest in the next week or two. I’d recommend something to the developers but I think they are going in a different direction then I’d hoped when I preordered the game.

I’ve only been playing this game for the past few hours now, but I have had some experiences with glitches and the game freezing for a few seconds every so often. So far, it’s only forced me out once to restart, but it has happened.
One thing I’ve noticed (and this could just be me. Again, I’ve only been playing for a few hours and I’m only at level eight) is that it doesn’t seem to have many options when it comes to hiring employees. What I mean by that, is that when I need to find more doctors, they’re all men. I’ve found one female doctor to hire, but she was dressed as a nurse. There are also no male nurses or female janitors/handymen. I don’t know, it just kind of bothered me to see that. Maybe there are a lot more options in all departments and I’m just seeing a less diverse selection? I’m not sure, but I think it would be cool if the creators could add more female doctors and janitors/ handymen and more male nurses :)

I really love this game, but lots of problems. You do not really earn anything when away from the game, you have to constantly play to earn funds. The game progresses really quickly, which keeps you busy, but you barely earn enough coin to keep up. Forget upgrading anything, you spend all your money buying new facilities or you fall behind. There is also a few bugs with the quests, especially in the Hospital quests. Apparently having a “total” of something means building more of them. The game only understands the total rooms, benches, and plants. It doesn’t understand “total” blocks, or most props. Game keeps saying to claim daily login bonus even when already claimed. There is little to no advantage in buying higher price props except for aesthetics. You spend more coin completing quests than you get as a reward...ex: spending 2000 coin for 10 benches for 200 coin reward. You have very little control over whether or not a patient dies. It will constantly happen but raising the cure rate is really out of your control.

The game is pretty fun, especially for the first 15 levels or so. I’ve been playing a lot more than expected.

I think I may be done though because I realized the second and third sections of the hospitals are too far apart. You can’t control which rooms a patient is sent to, and many patients cannot survive long enough to make it from one section of the hospital to the other. Even if you get them to 100 health after the GP visit. So basically you need to arrange things so that a patient can go through the rooms within the same section of the hotel otherwise they will die. However they only let you build one of some of the rooms. So it’s not that useful to have two x-ray rooms if they aren’t in the same section, because patients sent to the far room will die before they can walk across the hospital to other rooms. This could be fixed if they let you set which patient types are preferably sent to which rooms.

I’ve been playing for a few months and I played before a couple years ago. I love how you can arrange your hospital and decorate the way you’d like. Reminds me of Two Point hospital which I love!
But the game has been having connection issues all the time.. then it’ll load and load and reconnect. But then I lost medications I’ve been waiting for a long time and I almost earned or just earned. Ambulances got messed up, rewards got lost etc. I have great internet and my husband and I both work from home and never have issues so I know it’s not our end. I’ve been thinking about deleting it even though I don’t want to but losing things all the time and getting rebooted 2x in a 10 minute period is really frustrating.
I also wish you could earn diamonds and award ribbons easier.

Update: new version the game get stuck when there is special patient coming in. Need to fix ASAP. Overall it's a fun game. I used to play a very similar game on pc. Need some improvement though: the other language is poor translated but it's fine I read english as well. Ambulance pick up group patients never works. Nobody show up. Drag patients sequence does not work. Waiting is too long I guess lots of gamer will lose patient some day. Used different devices but the progress have sync problem. Should have function to log out facebook otherwise likely to save lower level over higher level. The last：Gems disappear for no reason. I click nothing but only 2 gems left this morning. Also I paid money for gems but gem not show up.

I love this game! Interesting and fun. Had some bugs before update, but after the update got even more. Sometimes people get stuck in the check in area, and there is no reason for that. Nurses are there and they have a full energy, but at some point I see many people being unhappy and stuck in the line to check in. Because of that they loose their health and die even before the first room. Before haven’t had this problem. Also the events are not available to me. It’s just closed all the time. The medicine research requirements are pretty expensive though, cannot spend so many medicine to do research and then to actually do the medicine.
Despite everything I’m still playing and enjoying the game. But wish the main bugs will be fixed.

I hate the latest update! Now when I click on a urgent matter , whether regarding curing a patient, updating staff and props or letting you know if a patient has died or a ambulance is ready. No matter which link inside the new update it doesn’t always appear. So I have been left to guess until I succeed in finding out where the issue is. Overall I do like this game. Although I have never loved a game. Mainly because I get bored. It’s been almost a month and I have been playing everyday since downloading. I know for a lot it don’t say much , but to me it speaks volumes. This game doesn’t revolve around money. Sure you would progress rather swiftly if you used real money, but it’s very feasible to just play and wait out the time in order to gain the equipment /money/ blueprints needed. This is one of the best games I have played in idk a lot. A lot of years. My only hope is that I don’t get bored. And delete it. For an idle game. By far it’s my favorite.

This is one of the best idle games I’ve played in a very long time. There are still a couple weird bugs(if they are bugs). Mainly people complaining about long lines/queues, but then when you check there is only one or no one person in line. This mainly happens with the cafe but I've seen it happen with other rooms like the labs or xray. Besides that theres tasks that it sometimes asks me to do but theres no way to do it or it just hasn’t been shown or unlocked and I’m just not aware I’m not able to do it at the time. If its something that i need unlocked because of level then theres no point of showing it on my list. It would just help with any confusion. An example would be trying to treat VIP patients but i was never told about VIP or haven’t unlocked it yet but its showing me as if I would be able to accomplish it now. Either way this game is still great. Progression is at a good pace. Definitely can play without having to pay cash. Honestly at this point, with other idle games, I would have gotten bored a deleted DreamHospital , but this game has such good pacing and rewards that I pretty much play everyday, usually checking in every couple hours. As long as i dont hit a major wall and updates smooth out the bumps then this game will be added to my small list of games that stay on my phone.

I don’t usually play games like this because they’re bulky, and take forever to advance in-game. This game is great, though. I’ve been playing maybe a week or so? And I already have about 150 diamonds (after spending some), three hospital expansions, and easily maintain a high coin amount.

The only serious issue I have is the warehouse (used for storage). There is no way to sell items you get that you might not need (room/personnel upgrades). It just clogs my warehouse stock, so I either have to upgrade the warehouse (relatively cheap, but still) or DELETE items (no compensation given). You’re able to travel to other hospitals, and check them out. But there isn’t any way to actually interact with other players.

I haven’t gotten very far in the game, but I feel like I CAN advance further. The only issue I’ve had is the warehouse (please fix!)

Pretty fun. Ok so I wrote the words “pretty fun” just a few minutes of playing, but OMG my new addiction. There’s no other of my favorite games I will stop playing this for, so realistic! I’m so sorry not just “pretty fun”. Sooooo much fuuuunnnn!!!! Updated....I love love love this game but please if I’m spending diamonds put an “Are you sure” in there. I had been waiting for a better rated employee to come in and finally the perfect one was there so I fired the lesser and went to hire the new one and my finger grazed that refresh button took 10 diamonds and my much needed improved employee I about cried didn’t want to refresh lost my diamonds and the perfect candidate please please please fix this! Thanks! OMG!!! more diamonds gone to open up a slot I didn’t want to open up to produce more boxes of tea, etc I was just trying to move the slider back and bam 40 diamonds gone so frustrating please please please fix this!

This is a great idle game, where you can build the hospital layout as you like, upgrade doctors and the rooms, place plants, benches and vending machines where you like. You get plenty enough diamonds and coins so you can keep building. The best part is you don’t need to watch ads unless you want extra diamonds, blueprints and more, and so I actually don’t mind watching them.

My only question/irritation is, all of the patients only come thru the front/initial entrance to the hospital, even though you have expanded towards the back. There are plenty of directions/streets it seems people can come thru, why is the back area so empty? They all crowd and sometimes die waiting for the few receptionists towards the front lol I have a receptionist back there doing nothing all day, thought someone might come from that direction.

Otherwise great game! Keep up the good work, I’m almost done researching everything!

This is a great game but...
In my hospital you have a 54% chance of living. I feel like every five seconds someone dies... but I take really good care of them when I look around to see if their health is good if I find one with low health I give them boosters until their Heath is at least 80 or 90% . The game is great overall but you literally have a zero percent chance surviving a sprained ankle. I mean I sprained my ankle a few times and trust me I had a 100% chance of surviving. For some reason the person with the sprained ankle is wearing things around his wrists while the person with the sprained wrist has a wheelchair. Just to make it clear I didn’t give you five stars so you would notice I love the game and those are my only complaints. Thanks for making it! (Do you even read these) 👩🏼‍⚕️👨🏼‍⚕️🤕🤒😷🏩🏥

I started playing this game and it was a lot of fun. I continued to it for like a week or two until I started saying some of my thoughts out loud about some of the things. I was like “Why won’t they quit throwing up everywhere?!” and “I need way more janitors!”. I showed my mom the game and she asked me what it was called and I told her. She got completely addicted to it. When I say addicted— I mean ADDICTED. She was basically playing in every waking hour of the day. In like 2 days time she was already on the level I was, which was like level 15 or something at the time. Within like a few more days, she was in like level 18 or something like that. Somewhere around level 15 for her she told me about the trashcans in which I was like “How did I not see this?!” It’s been around 2 or less weeks since she downloaded it and she is on level 23 or something like that. It’s crazy. Overall, this game is actually really fun and one of the best games I have ever played. I absolutely love it! I don’t really have any complaints about it.

Great game. Been playing it for 4 weeks now and I have run into a problem and there’s no ticket support system to be able to report a problem. My current issue I’m having is that when I claim a box and get the coins or resources out of the box I don’t always get all the coins or all the resources. For example one of my boxes I got three blood bags I had four on hand for a dailyObjective so I should’ve had seven on hand for the daily objective however the game only registers that I have four not seven even though I just got three blood bags out of a box. With that being said besides the little glitches and not having a issue ticket support center to report bugs it is a fantastic game and I give it five stars plus another five so a ten star rating

It is very fun to play with most especially the game is more stable now and earning coins, blueprints and diamonds are already made easy by developers. I was able to buy the two bigger lots in a short period of time. Also, you are earning coins even when you are away now. Kudos to the researchers of this game because the symptoms of the illnesses are right and very informative. Though there is some wrong spelling like OPHTHALMOLOGY. I love the VIP patients because they inform me how much i need to improve the beauty aspect of my hospital. I love the events and daily tasks because I earn a lot of equipment, coins, blueprints and diamonds there. I am just hoping you will make the prices of the rooms a bit cheaper. I suggest that you should have a Surgery Clinic since you have n operating room. I also hope you will add more clinics like Dental, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Urology, Plastic Surgery, Thoracic-Cardiovascular Surgery, and Bariatric Surgery. It will be more fun to see pregnant patient delivering babies and other patients undergoing operation. I also hope you will add Delivery Room, Nursery, Intensive Care Unit, and Emergency Department. I am also wishing that the ward will be more flexible and more beds cb be added in the room. Thank you so much for finally creating this awesome hospital game which is more realistic and enjoyable every minute.
