We made a reservation tonight at baby brasso nyc. It was confirmed with a push notification yesterday at 11 am. We showed at 6 pm and it was closed! It’s Christmas Eve and we are from out of town. In sub zero temperatures no less. Shameful and awful customer experience. We picked this restaurant because it’s across from village vanguard where we are going for a show. We were stranded. Very upset with open table and baby brasso. You owe us an apology and then some.

It’s annoying that I can only have limited control on my phone when it’s just a little bit smaller than an iPad. Would be nice to be able to at least assign tables to reservations on my phone without having to be at the restaurant. Very annoying

This app is literally just a list of reservations… honestly what were you even thinking, what is the point? You can not change seating, message, change status of seated parties, seriously it’s just a list of names. Unbelievable.

The app won’t allow you to select the status of the table to “Complete” . Over the years OT disintegrated into abusive greedy monopoly with awful customer service and astronomical fees. I will be switching to Yelp.
