ShowcaseSubscribe is owned by Sinemia! I had Sinemia for 4 month but my account had been wrongfully terminated due to misuse or fraud like many others. I had pay all the fees, bought the physical card, and checked in during every movie. The termination was for people that has or was about to exceed the cash amount purchase of tickets to the annual subscription payed. Most of the termination was around March so you know that they planned all of this. Do not trust ShowcaseSubscribe or the Sinemia app!

ShowcaseSubscribe is owned by Sinemia, a company to avoid! We found Sinemia service to be acceptable although kludgy and not at all user-friendly. We were willing to jump through many hoops and over many obstacles to use the service. We were almost willing to pay the many new surprise fees that popped up over time. We got caught up this week in the Sinemia March Purge, where Sinemia terminated a great many annual acounts that were not considered profitable. Sinemia alleged fraudulent use, but there was none. We paid $X for a year of service, but Sinemia terminated our accounts after 6 months, offering a $0 refund rather than $X/2. I would stay away from Sinemia until they apologize and get their act together and reinstate the many accounts they terminated. There's got to be a better business model than abusing customers like this to increase cash flow.

All is well until there was a pandemic… They charged me for the entire month at the beginning of the month right before they canceled it… then commence, charging me without notifying me later on in the year.
If you’re trying to cancel this subscription, they give you the runaround. The contact button on ShowcaseSubscribe no longer works mysteriously. I canceled the card. They went into the records and used the previous card I from years ago. They were charging me for six months on a different card without me realizing it. I wasn’t even using the subscription. Now they refused to refund me.

This movie app is too glitchy!!! There is always an issue with not being able to buy discounted food items bc the whole tab is gone! Or you buy tickets and the whole order is gone! Like I know time are tough but jeeze someone there has got to use ShowcaseSubscribe weekly to see the issues that the subscriber does.

I think it’s user friendly in that you can easily select a movie and time. I wish there was an option to view movie duration and synopsis though. My only complaint really.

Works perfect. The few issues I had were fixed within 24 hours of reporting them. This is everything MoviePass wishes it could be. Lack of plan options is a down side. Only one option for one person. I’d like to see a 3, 4, and 5 movie option.

The Subscribe program is great and definitely worth it

Some things I wish could be improved in ShowcaseSubscribe . When I cancel a reservation, I don’t immediately see my new number of reservations remaining. I have to exit and reenter. At first, it makes me think the cancellation wasn’t successful. Also, late at night, it says there are “no movies” “Now Playing,” and I have to go to the “Coming Soon” section instead

ShowcaseSubscribe has been a lifesaver for me since 2019 when I started using it. However, I’m having difficulties as of today where whenever I tried seeing my reservations for the tickets I’ve have (have one for Fast and Furious 9 for this Thursday), or even seeing a new movie, I keep getting this weird message saying “You’re no device change rights left, please contact support”, I have no idea what that means, I’ve been using this phone for a year and had no problems until today. Also, the loading for the movie options take forever, idk if it’s a connection problem, or it’s an issue people are having. I really don’t want this to ruin my day seeing Fast 9 this Thursday!

The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is that I cannot purchase additional seats through ShowcaseSubscribe . I have to order other tickets via showcase site separately. The extra steps are inconvenient. Ideally I could book my seat and purchase from same app. Otherwise, very easy to use.

ShowcaseSubscribe works fine, only one I had a glitch with the check in, otherwise it's been flawless. The best feature in my opinion is the ability to reserve a seat.

Love ShowcaseSubscribe ! Love the plan very easy to use It would be helpful if you have a second authorized device. And if they would show your seats and theater number on the tickets you already have page.

After the dumpster fire that was 2020 for movies. So happy to be back in theaters. It’s super easy to use. The subscription pays for itself if you love movies. Make sure to get their Free loyalty card. When you spend $50 you get $5. As soon as you take your family to a movie you get a $ credit that you can use for popcorn or another movie. No additional fees when you buy a ticket through the their other app. If there is a showcase delux near you, get this service. Movie theaters are the last place where you WANT to put away your phone. These places are rare and should be encouraged

Makes going to the movies a lot easier and less stressful, you can choose the seats you want, and not have to worry about lines or missing out bc the show was sold out!! Super convenient, easy and straightforward to use...

So far so good with ShowcaseSubscribe . It’s nicely designed and easy to use. Haven’t had any issues checking in or scanning at theater. And I’m more than happy to pay a bit more than I paid the scammers at movie pass or sinemia for a much smoother (albeit limited) experience. This seems more sustainable and exactly what I wanted for the blockbuster season.

With ShowcaseSubscribe it’s very easy to make a selection of movies that are playing in the theaters. You get to select the theater you want to go to, time, and seating according to your seating preferences. You also know which new movie are coming out for the month. I enjoy ShowcaseSubscribe. The membership prices are excellent.

App works great, but is missing a couple of features. What screen is my movie playing on? Have to ask the theater staff when you get there. Maybe Showcase could consider working concessions into ShowcaseSubscribe as well, with expedited pickup? Most of my issues are with how the membership works and the inability to book movies more than a month out, since you can’t book beyond your renewal period. Other than that, what a great service!

Loved the service, very affordable, I went more movies this summer than any other. It is basically monthly tickets less but less than original ticket prices, with extra benefits like earning credits and popcorn & drink discounts, I can use it in my favorite movie theater, reserve in advance and checkin at theater with ShowcaseSubscribe . Best for movie lovers and couples like us but it might be good for families I guess, there are option to get plans for more person. 3D IMAX xplus every format we can go, loved ShowcaseSubscribe , very good idea thanks

My fiance and I go to the movies a lot, at LEAST twice a month, usually more. In our area, it costs us $32 per movie. We signed up for the group plan for 3 movies a month- it paid for itself after the first movie. Its like buy one, get 2 free for what we were paying. I was nervous- the price was so great, I thought there would be problems. But we signed up, and just got back from our first movie with the subscription- it was as easy as buying tickets through the theater app. Seamless and NO problems whatsoever. So thrilled we found this

Being a Showcase Subscribe member makes going to the movies so much better. Six Tickets each month at great prices, no waiting in lines make becoming a member a no brainer. My choice of cinema is the Randolph Deluxe but I can pick any of the Showcase cinemas when selecting my movie. Easy and convenient is a great thing.
