Terrible Update

After the last major update they removed the function for train ETAs within the schedule. Now there is a broken link that goes to the ACE train website for an update.

ACERailmTickets has become pretty much useless when compared to the website.

Although they also removed the train ETAs from the schedule on the website too. Seems like a very poor design choice on their end.

Overall this was the one function I used daily on ACERailmTickets . Now it’s fairly useless for me.

Not a good deal

App 20 times ticket will expire in 90 days while paper ticket does not. If phone battery dies, they will cite you. Good luck!

IAP doesn’t work

Don’t bother downloading

Issues on the purchase option

Customer service in the ticketing office and over the phone are very nice. But ACERailmTickets doesn’t work like suppose to be when I am trying to purchase tickets with my commute benefits card. It has a error message on security code sdk 111, connection-try again (did on wifis and mobile data and doesn’t work) I ended buying paper tickets with same card and everything works perfect on their office machine. Needs some work on ACERailmTickets development I guess.

Needs work

Could be good... but has ALOT of kinks. Monthly ticket purchase is not an option when I download.

Excellent service

Love ACERailmTickets . Easy to navigate. I was able to purchase my ticket which includes an activating component when you’re ready to use your ticket making my ACE Rail trip from Stockton to Livermore stress-free.easy to
