I’ve had this app for a while now and it has helped my anxiety attacks but since i stopped using it for a couple of weeks since i’ve had help from other people to keep my anxiety attacks low, the apps content meaning the things i’ve put in my worry box has been deleted and it made me restart everything again like as if i just got the app. It makes me upset because I had many things in the worry box and i needed t take screenshots to show my school counselor. Can you guys fix this?
Could be helpful if it had A LOT of improvement

I heavily struggle with mental health and am
always looking for ways to help and apps to help. I saw this and thought it might be good. I downloaded it and the only trouble I had was typing I had to tap the box 5 times before it even allowed me typing. It seemed okay after that. I tried to go back on the app a while after and it re started it and made me put my information back in and did it every other time. In all I just deleted it because if i’m truly having an anxiety attack i’m not going to take the time to fill out the information over and over again every time I want to use the app.

I really wanted to try this after reading about it, and downloaded the app. The first time I tried to open it I got a blank white screen. I force closed the app, re opened it and got the same thing. I just uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still isn’t loading anything. May need an update or is possibly not optimized for iPhone 11 Pro, but I’m bummed it’s not working
