How to fix Wordington app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wordington app on iPhone
Update Wordington app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wordington iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wordington on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wordington network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Wordington Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Wordington not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Wordington App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wordington » click [Force Stop]

Update Wordington to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wordington App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wordington » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wordington.

Fix Wordington unable to contact server/ Wordington internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wordington » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wordington » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
