Have a very constant issue where I open BrivityGO and it stays blank! No task/contacts pop up at all. It’s as if I have no data in the CRM

All these 5 star reviews must be paid actors because I’m a real agent and a real human being and I can confidently say this is the worst app I’ve ever dealt with. It’s basically unusable since you can’t scroll up to access any lead or contact info. The Brivity PC platform isn’t much better but it functions at least.

More often than not it doesn’t load, much less uidate when they say there is one.

I recently downloaded BrivityGO . It keeps saying it needs to restart BrivityGO to update, but won’t update when I do restart BrivityGO .

The concept is good, but execution is a big miss until it’s more functional, reliable, and stable. Half the time I open it there are no leads or tasks—I have to restart my phone. Any text size increase you have in Settings will make some screens unreadable. Marking tasks off of current or overdue task lists works about 10% of the time. Doesn’t show Transactions, so if I’m on the road and need to know who the escrow officer is for a transaction, BrivityGO is no help. I’m sure the developer will improve it with time, but as of today it’s useless to my business. Better work around is to bookmark the web version and deal with having to expand and drag-swipe to read the info.

There are only 3 (really 2) functions within BrivityGO : tasks, leads, more. I’ve just setup the platform and don’t have any tasks, so can’t speak on it. Every time, however, I try to filter, sort, or search in leads I get no results.

Hoping I don’t have buyers remorse as the mobile platform was one of the selling points.

I just signed up for Brivity… I came from Boomtown. So far I’m super disappointed in the Mobil app. It was so important to me and my team…. I hope BrivityGO can be prioritized soon.. we won’t stay long if we can’t use a working Mobil app..
Crashing, texts showing multiple times (like 12) in the message log.

can’t send pictures or gif/emoji through messenger. when calling cannot set up a call list can only call all at once or one at a time. also some other minor tweaks that would help a lot. sometimes a blank screen loads too. we’re on east coast.
