Took my money and didn’t unlock the activities!!

I just downloaded this and my toddler and I thought it looked fun, so it said pay $7.99 to unlock all activities. So I apple paid 7.99 on my debit card, then it said payment declined of $9.98, so I was like this is weird but maybe it was not updated on the app, so I transferred a few more dollars over from my savings, and it said it took my payment, but still all the activities are locked!! I’m very upset about this all. I am a single mother to 3 children. I either want it unlocked or my money back, asap!!!
DONT BUY!!!Keeps crashing. Even after purchasing.

My son has an iPad mini and it kept crashing so I thought if I paid the $7.99 it would work. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. No it still keeps crashing. I wasted money for something that doesn’t even work and my poor son keeps opening the app hoping it’s gonna work ☹️ please refund my 7.99.
Disappointing

We have purchased a few other apps and they have been great. I just purchased this one and while it has unlocked the other sections they fail to download. If you click download nothing happens and when you click the x in the corner to exit the app crashes. It is unusable and now I have a disappointed child who can’t play his new game.
