I love this game but I have one problem it’s not inclusive for people who dont have enough money for the subscription but want it.

To resolve Prêt à Makeup network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Prêt à Makeup App
1. On android, goto Settings » Prêt à Makeup » click [Force Stop]

Clear Prêt à Makeup App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Prêt à Makeup » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Prêt à Makeup.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Prêt à Makeup » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Prêt à Makeup » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Prêt à Makeup
