Every time I get a new song with coins it never lets me play it and says Failed to Update Song Resources

1. I’m still getting adds even tho I pay the $9.99 VIP. 2. After like 2 songs the sound totally stops working. I’ve tried turning on and off, disconnecting headphones, uninstalling and reinstalling app. Only thing that works is throwing the app away and reloading it every time.

Close and restart the Dream Piano app on iPhone
Update Dream Piano app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dream Piano iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dream Piano on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dream Piano network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Dream Piano Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Dream Piano not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Dream Piano App
1. On android, goto Settings » Dream Piano » click [Force Stop]

Update Dream Piano to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dream Piano App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Dream Piano » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Dream Piano.

Fix Dream Piano unable to contact server/ Dream Piano internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Dream Piano » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Dream Piano » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dream Piano
