Every time I get a new song with coins it never lets me play it and says Failed to Update Song Resources

1. I’m still getting adds even tho I pay the $9.99 VIP. 2. After like 2 songs the sound totally stops working. I’ve tried turning on and off, disconnecting headphones, uninstalling and reinstalling app. Only thing that works is throwing the app away and reloading it every time.
