These days it’s very hard to find a good publication about a Baking & Pastry. This publication exceed my expectations. Great articles, great advertising, and a good selection of features and recipes. Not a Pastry Chef but a baking enthusiast. This magazine is very informative, enticing, exciting even tickling thoughts of putting a toe in the pond of a craft I am absolutely passionate about. Let me also say that I had a problem logging in and Shawn has been absolutely wonderful. I am certain I would subscribe to this magazine eventually
