- Some kids may only do chores if they can have a reward immediately

- May encourage kids to spend too much time on their phones collecting gems or diamonds instead of doing chores

Table of Contents:

To resolve Dragon Family network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Dragon Family App
1. On android, goto Settings » Dragon Family » click [Force Stop]

Clear Dragon Family App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Dragon Family » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Dragon Family.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Dragon Family » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Dragon Family » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dragon Family
