I'm a Deercast Elite pay $19.99 for every year and have a Apple 8 ...Why do I have a issue on this because no deer tracking or 5 to 10 day forecast?

I’ve had the free version of DeerCast since it came out and never had issues with it. But now everytime I try to open the app it’ll show the drury outdoors deer cast logo then go blank white. I’ve tried restarting my phone multiple times. Deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times too. And even after all that the app still won’t load.
