i get that teams need chemistry and the ability to build characteristics in order to be great, but this is not the way to do it. those characteristics come naturally when the team knows each other and when they dont then they can do that easily. adding homework and stress is not the approach and the way it comes off (corny) makes players less likely to want to take away what they โlearnedโ
