Fox nation app continuously freezes on my Vizio TV. It is the only app that does this. It does not appear to be doing it on my iPad.

When watching, after a few minutes Fox Nation starts intermittent stops and starts and then stops altogether. This is very frustrating when we're trying to watch a good documentary. Not pleased with this streaming station at all! Please respond.

Once I choose a program and choose play screen goes blank! Please help!

After watching for about half an hour the audio begins to hesitate and I can no longer watch because I can’t understand the hesitations.

I tried to join Fox nation for $19.99 giving all the requested information and told the total expense on my credit card. However, I can not get fox nation on my TV. It asks me to subscribe. I just did. What now. Thanks. Mary Cassady

I watch Fox Nation programs and after about 15 minutes it goes black. Have to constant have to restart.

Fox nation freezes every 25 minutes, then the tv remote does not work to shut it down and restart.

Fox Nation app makes me sign in everyday on both of my televisions, PIA! I reported this problem to them almost 2 years ago when I tried there app the first time, they said yesterday that they are working on it ..........2 years and they still haven't resolved the issue. Total incompetence!

Startup Failure. The app has encountered an error. While on firestick for Amazon prime. I have deleted the app, restarted the firestick, rei stalled the app, and still get the startup failure notice.

I am signed into Fox Nation. When I select anything to play it boots me back out of the entire app. I am using a Roku device. I have reinstalled the app I have done everything that I can and it’s still not working.

Fox Nation constantly freezes. I am trying to watch Nancy Grace and it plays for maybe for 30 seconds if I am lucky then freezes for several minutes and then plays again for maybe 30 seconds at most. VERY frustrating!

Fox Nation just buffers. Used to work, does not now. Very frustrating.

On the "Who Can Forget" series (1968 for example) the stream gets 20 minutes in and then the audio starts to go out of sync with the video, the video stutters (no buffering arrows) and eventually the stream becomes unwatchable. Or sometimes, I can get through one episode and if I immediately play another, it starts OK but then starts to fail shortly and then become unwatchable. I have reloaded the app with no improvement. I have Firesticks on several TVs and they all have the same problem.

All of a sudden app loads but just sits on screen on smart tv and can see something spinning in lower left hand corner. If I uninstall, reboot whole system and start over it installs and works but when I exit can’t get back in. This is my second year and never a problem till now. This is very frustrating, all other streaming works just fine….only Fox Nation is not. Can find no way to get help where you talk to somebody. Amazing how quickly money is taken but no customer service along with it. Do not want to cancel but I refuse to go through numerous steps to watch. Works fine on my tablet, do not like small screen. Very frustrated to say the least.

Fox Nation is not loading the home page on our Samsung Smart TV. It is, however, fine on our other devices, including the Roku. At a time back it did work fine, but now it is NOT.

Fox Nation is requiring frequent login actions after annual renewal was paid.

I got the app error too. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled (there was an update as well), and now it's working.

I have to reset my password if i do not use fox nation for a week or more and now every time I reset my password it goes into a loop that logs me out and then will not let me log in but rather trying to sell me a trial. I have been paying 5.99 now for about 5 month. fix this of cancel it???

No sound when streaming from my iPad. All other streaming services have volume.

So does anyone know where the solutions are to everyone’s issues being experienced? Maybe a website where someone has figured out how to solve and is sharing solutions? Please don’t waste your time with the “experts”.. they terminate your sessions before you can even get your issue documented.. and the FAQ solutions aren’t helpful as we’ve all done them too many times. How can a service work on one Samsung TV but only gave partial content loading on another.. stopping at the same spot each time.. Fox Nation app asking me to sign in which it never does. When I attempt sign in, will not accept my password. Check my account and password I'm using is correct. Figured I just change my password and be done but it rejects my old password there as well so I really can't access app or remedy problem.

I sign onto fax nation. Pick a show to watch. When I hit enter to start the show the screen goes blank and nothing happens. No buffering no sound nothing.

I keep getting a startup failure error using my firestick. I have reset the firestick, cleared app cache, and Uninstaller and reinstalled the app.

I open Fox Nation but when I hit play the screen goes blank with no picture or sound. This is on my Samsung Smart TV. Fox Nation has worked fine for the last year and half, trouble just started about one week ago. All other streaming shows are working fine. I just orderd Fox Nation and paid for on my American Express. I watch all my fox news channel on dish. How do I get the corresponding Dish channel so I can watch on my TV. If this is not possible, I want to stop Fox Nation and get a refund.

Same problem as everyone else posting complaints, you would think a company as big as fox could fix the problem or fire the person in charge of fixing the problems. Going on the third month and still can't watch a show without it freezing up every other minute. I have signed up with Foxnation today. I used my credit card & got the bill of $19+ since I used the $1.50 each month for the year. When I went thru Roku, I was charged another .99 each month for 2 months. How can I use the original plan that I just paid for today, instead of being charged more?

When cast to Vizio Smartcast TV from Samsung A13 the app goes into continously circle on phone, and asks for login info on TV screen but no way to enter. App is broken, downloaded many times, same result... paid for this but really no value. When will this be fixed. I see many other complaints like this.

Shows will not download 90% of the time. It either works great or not at all. Mostly not at all.

Same issues as others are having, cannot access app, doesn't work. Although as a vet, received the One-year free option which was nice. I hope they can resolve the issue soon. We have a high-end Samsung new TV and still have issues, not Internet, not the TV as all other streaming channels work fine.

I attempted to view a Nancy Grace episode re: the death of a female teacher who was stabbed multiple times, but the segment stopped showing about 1/3 of the way through. I then decided to watch Judge Js shows on Castles in America and clicked on Series three, episode 2 and it wouldn’t load at all. I hope these issues can be resolved because there are several people and subjects Im interested in seeing. Thanks

On our second tv, we are.logged.in and for the last few days we try to play a show and nothing plays. I have tried logging out and back in. Our main tv works fine. Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you, lisa

When watching The Brian Kilmeade Show, it keeps switching back and forth between that show and the Fox Across America.

Having issues with the FoxNation Roku app. It is the only app not working. It worked fine last night. I have gone through troubleshoot options and been unsuccessful. Other than removing the app and reinstalling which if I do that will cancel my subscription it seems. Please advise what else I can do (I believe the issue is on Fox Nation app end.)

Same as all the other comments I see. The app will not play. I get the oops message with code 8 error. All other apps working fine. I am on a 7 day trial I will cancel before 7 days is up. I am not going to pay for something I cannot use. Hope you can get it fixed!

Do I need to say much? I’ve read all the complaints above. When I log on to watch The nightly news trio…I no sooner get on than it begins spinning round and round….I know it’s not the tv, because I don’t have this problem with any other app…I not only have this problem with my Visio tv, but now also on my Apple iPad and my iPhone as well….So it’s happening for sure with your app. Why don’t you do something? Or, is the government messing with YOU? I wouldn’t be surprised if that were the case, but you need to be honest and forthright with you viewers and subscribers!!

Vizio TV with smartest, Error 8, "Oops" message. This has been going on for months. Fox got back with me saying they knew of the issue. Updated TV. Reset TV. Still the same. If I very quickly press the enter button on the first screen of FN with program, that program will play, BUT, once it's over or I try to return to the FN home, it crashes with the spinning circle of "oops" death. In the same home, same router, the Sony TV plays FN just fine. This has to be a Vizio issue. Who owns Vizio? Probably Comcast, Disney or Google. Reminds me of the old joke from the 90's. "DOS isn't done until Lotus won't run."

Same as loads of other people said; For the past 2 weeks, I cannot watch FoxNation at all. I keep getting "Ooops, something went wrong... CODE 8" on my Vizio Smartcast, and I have no way to update the app. I need to add that I pay your monthly subscription fee because I like what you offer, but I'm really contemplating cancelling. You really need to work on this app. Before this latest issue happened, I could watch your shows, but the app would either freeze up and then shut down, or it would slow down and then go out of sync with the voice. I have two (2) Vizio tv's with smarcast, and they both do the SAME thing with your app (all my other apps I use don't have this problem), so it is something with your app!

You can start the app for fox nation, then select a program it will run the program for a few minutes and then shut down starting again. Constantly restarting the program watching only for a few minutes then constantly repeating to watch the entire program very frustrating what’s going on , who can help with this.

I've cleared my cache, cleared my data, and honestly, just loaded the app two weeks ago and yet it buffers, stalls and stutters constantly. None of my other streaming apps have this problem so I know it's NOT my TV, it's not my Amazon Stick and it's NOT my Internet, it's Fox, and it would be really great if Fox could get some IT talent to figure out why it's app is stalling and sputtering. Keeps crashing saying oops something went wrong Never can watch

The Foxnation app is not reliable? Sometimes the app will open, but often I get just a blue blank screen - nothing. I will have to cancel my paid subscription if this is not resolved quickly.

Try to watch new shows that start out fine, and the sound continues, but the picture the freezes.

On many shows when I start to watch it ( dream homes for example) I get audio but no picture. I see no "audio only logo" and if I skip to the next episode I have picture and audio. I have had this problem with Kelsey Grammers' American battles, Dream homes, American castles and others?

I've had Fox Nation for several months now and it's one issue after another. The latest is I cannot even watch the app. I get an error code 8 which gives instruction to basically have you reboot your TV. This does not help. I've had audio sync issues and problems viewing an entire series. For example... when watching the Nancy Grace series about Natalee Holloway, the program would revert back to part 1 when starting parts 2 and 3. Took forever to watch the entire series. I have a Vizio TV with Smartcast, not sure if this is the issue or if the app is the issue. Heck maybe they are not compatible. I really can't complain because I am getting this for FREE for a year because of my veteran status. But if I were paying, like many paying subscribers. I would not a Happy Customer.
