The fact you don't have live agent speak with makes this process frustrating. Im hoping this situation can be resolved.

To start with, there’s no place to cancel subscription, even following the directions since the link is not there to click on. Secondly, needing a provider to get half the stuff I wanted is ridiculous since I paid you to watch all the Fox Nation not just part of it very disappointed all the way around unhappy customer.

Try many times to contact Fox Digital Service to cancel serivce and never contacted me.. I willnot chat with any one about this matter, simple just cancel this service I will not pay for this. I reported this to Better Busniss Bureau for result and this is fraud.

We pay for a subscription to FOX Nation on our Roku account. Today I was unable to view FOX Nation on our TV. Message says we are signed out remotely. Says we were signed out of this device during sign in process on another device. We do not watch FOX Nation on any other device. Why were we signed out? Please remedy this situation. Thank you.

Icrreated unknowingly 2 accounts, the first I typed gnail vs. gmail. Obviously, I couldn't sign in and didn't realize my mistake until I was billed twice on the same day. The FN customer service is abysmal, some country on the other side of globe refused to refund the charge with the invalid email address. Bye, bye FN. Your worse than Amazon, at least they are willing to talk to their customers and make things right.

I think it does not recognize my email because I get a message, which I don't understand, in red letters, below my email when I try to sign in. Signing up for FoxNation is so frustrating! Im still unable to finish the sign up and pay process. It won't accept my password. When I try to change the password the one I enter changes my main Google account password! This app is poorly written and now I don't want it. All the above comments show how bad it is. Why isn't this being addressed?

I have tried to get fox nation on my tv and my iPad and log in through my provider. When I click on my provider which is xfinity , xfinity says I’m all signed in but your website says I don’t have fox nation with my cable subscription. I have tried all the troubleshooting I can do but nothing works. I believe the problem is a glitch with your app because all the other premium channel apps I have with xfinity work on both my iPad and my Samsung tv. I would appreciate an email from your tech department with a phone number so I can call and talk to somebody.
