Fix the image resize issue please

I wanted to like it. It has a lot of great features and most of the app is easy to use. My only complaint, and it’s a key core function, is you can’t easily resize or use your own images without the app horribly distorting the image to an unusable state. It resized the image by forcing it into a ratio that stretches or squashes the image and you can’t undo that. Why not just leave the image alone and let us zoom/move the image until we get it where we want it? I paid for a subscription but feel a bit disgruntled as I can’t do what should be one of the most basic of functions that would make this a five star incredible app.
Beware of scam

Unfortunately I have purchased this app two other times and both times a few months go by and I try to get into the app and it now says “no longer available in App Store”. They create the same app and update it meanwhile getting rid of the last one people like me paid for. I broke down and paid for it a second time. I won’t do it a third time and I wanted to make sure others are aware of what this company is doing. Save your money and find a different app developer for a thumbnail app.
Resize issues

Everything on this app is amazing except for one flaw that unfortunately brings down the experience a lot. Whenever you add your own personal photos or even the stock ones from the app itself it warps and moves the picture around so much that it becomes overwhelmingly difficult to put any kind of photo into the thumbnail. I really hope this gets fixed because everything else is amazing.
