Doesn’t allow cellular usage and deletes notes

We used this app at a recent conference, and only afterwards discovered that all of the notes that we had taken during the conference had been deleted. Apparently, the app does not work with cell data (even when cellular data usage is enabled). If you scan someone and the app does not immediately recognize who they are, it will not save any notes or other information that you enter about your meeting with them.

Not user friendly! Unable to log onto my event because swap card says the link expires on each login. Impossible to contact Swapcard support! Tried the online chat as well as the email chat, no one answers!

Do not use this app for scanning, waste of time depends on what the person has entered to scan. Most is just name no number or email. Don’t bother using it, quicker to have a piece of paper to write contacts down and email
