Not loading
3b2c-8779-09b7-445f-bab9-c2bfb151c. I got on with no issues about 10 pm. Then it froze right after the game rewarded me with an infinity of 2 and 1/2 hours. Welp needless to say it froze then and now I can’t access my infinity time. And it’s happened before just the same and I won’t be able to get back on and I loose my rewards. It’s happened atleast 3 times. Now if y’all can’t give me back atleast my 21/2 hours back then I’m going to find another game and that wouldn’t be good cause I’ve played this game for years. This is the 3 rd time I’ve started over cause I thought it would help. Now it seems like this is an ongoing issue that either y’all can’t fix or don’t care to. Hope to get my time back. Thank you for your time.
I am having problems with the app keep freezing on my I pad and Samsung galaxy tab and my Samsung android mobile . I have tried uninstalling the game and starting over and the problem still comes back .

Hello, I’m having issue with my game loading. It barely gets past the welcome screen and then freezes I was playing last night no problems and now I cannot. I have checked for the latest update and my game or current I have even deleted the app altogether and reinstalled it. I need some help please

Hidden hotel game won't open was playing last night this morning it won't open
Cannot open the game. It opens partially and then closes completely. Looks like I’m not the only one with the issue can the developers please fix this I have uninstalled reinstalled cleared the cashe and several other things to try and fix this
Game freezes, can’t go on in game cause if freezes every time I try to open that package they think is a bomb.
