Terrible APP

The cameras are good but the app is terrible, every time I open the app i get advertisements. Who want to see that. The camera are for security to be access immediately. The login password never works. You reset the password and there is alway a error. To many click to access the cameras. To many click. It crash from one camera to another. Once you test your patient on the app, it shows you all the settings they are good settings. Waste of time and money. This cameras are good the app make it look terrible. Until they removed the advertisements and fix logging don’t waste your money look for a better brand unless you have all the time of the world to been clicking to many times to get the cameras.
too much malware/advertising.

this app gives me spam everytime i allow it to do anything. not sure why they would have advertising on a camera app. even if you shut the option of advertising off if connected to your network it comes. i tried this several times and each time chinese spam came within a day. secondly, the app will ask you if you want to keep watching after a few min. if I have the app open I obviously want to be watching. too many annoying little things not needed when you are wanting to open an app fast and get things done.
App doesn’t work

Everything was running smoothly. Cameras worked fine and I was notified with every moment. The last seven days I have not been able to access the app on my phone. I cannot find a number to call for help. Ugh! I feel like I just wasted my money. I look at the other reviews and many people are or have experienced the same thing.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I wasn’t sure if my password was correct so I clicked forgot password and get login error. I don’t feel like this will get fixed.
