Redecor Status

On my Kindle Fire there is an update available, but when I click on the update button it doesn't do anything. I've restarted the tablet and force stopped the app but it still won't update.

Trying to update and the app update just spins in the app Store.

This app continues to malfunction today. It is stuck again. This time it won’t show me the items I am choosing in the design. I can’t finish the design like this. It’s been doing strange things all day. First I was getting broken or blank screens for many designs already completed, then a refusal to move at all. Please fix this already!

I purchased for $6.99 what is displayed as getting 105,000 coins and three items. I only received 48,000 coins. I’d like the rest of the advertised coins please or refund my money.

Cannot connect since update

Redecor doesn't work on either of my Kindle. I've cleared cache, data, restarted, un & reinstalled, drained battery & then charged & restarted I'VE TRIED IT ALL !!!. On my Kindle fire 8th Gen it shows a jumbled up pixel screen full of bright abstract mess. Everything else works fine. On my 7th gen I have also tried the above listed & this time on my 7th gen the screen (the room that u decorate just the same as the other) is black with white dotted lines outlining stair cases , furniture etc . I don't know how to find the version that's not been updated to try installing instead as suggested. Next option it's looking like is uninstall & just forget about playing it. However, I see that I'm not the ONLY one having issues and that could lead to a lot of people disappointed & uninstalling as well as losing money because it also tends to log u out of Facebook after u log in as well.

It won't let me play without updating but when I try to update it says something went wrong so I can't play

Keeps buffering and running slow and cheats me out of coins

Yesterday I paid for the Special offer on the APP. I didn't receive anything till now. Its 12hours now that the amount for that is charged to my credit card.

I tapped on the prize box this morning and the screen froze and hasn’t changed since. I tried turning off my phone and turning back on but nothing changed.

Keeps saying "something went wrong". This has happened over the last month. Try to buy something or enter a challenge and this continues to occur. Please FIX!

Hi there. I purchased your $7-99 package approximately 15 to 20 minutes ago and I got the 2 rugs sent to my inventory but didn't receive the 31000 coins. Can you help rectify this problem please. Regards Geraldine Jeans

I had taken a break from Redecor for about 2-3 mos. And just started playing again. However, all my items (many purchased) are gone. It’s as if I’ve started all over. That doesn’t seem too fair considering all the effort and cash I’ve invested . Am I doing something wrong?

I can only play 1 or 2 challenges then game freezes. Everyday since you changed game I have to delete and reinstall app. Super frustrating

I'm not able to update the game to the new version on my tablet.

My Redecor app is not loading this afternoon. The main photo of the wellness scene loads but then nothing happens. A small circle just keeps going around and around but that’s it.

All my choices items were reset and I have to pay again to use them.

Redecor app worked fine on July 31,2022. As of August 1, 2022. The app is slow to load. Never completely loads. Will not load any design challenges...eventually times out. Have Uninstaller & re-installed, doesn't change the loading issue.

I can't locate my designs, all is lost, only old designs

I can't log into my redecor app, all my latest challenges are gone, it's like I'm starting from scratch

In app purchases not working. Payments are successful, but token and gold coin totals don't reflect the updated quantities.

App worked great until yesterday when it keeps crashing all the time. Sometimes won't load at all, other times crashes as soon as you have voted and before you get your reward, other times when you try to purchase items when doing a design. Does not even last a minute without an issue. Checked for app updates - there are none so I am on the latest version. There is also no internet issue - I am on extremely fast fibre and my access on internet to everything else is fine. Annoyed as had just paid for season pass the day before I started having issues and now I can't even use it. Used to really love this app. Now if it doesn't resolve itself soon I will be uninstalling.

Try to open app which says weak internet connection which I do not have. If I just use data it has a circle which just goes round and around. If I can't figure this out I am saying goodbye to the game

Why can't I access the in app purchases for more coins and gold? It's always off

It has been at least 2 day that the app never loads. I have removed the app 3 times and turned my Iphone and Ipad of several times. it does not load on either.

i have been playing forever and then stepped away for a while after it crashed the first time and deleted the game... well not it started again. keep[s crashing. I have updated the app. my phone. EVERYTHING

Suddenly I have lost all progress and designing materials that I had accumulated for the past 14 months. I still have all my tokens and gold and money however. But I can't bear to start over from scratch. Help!
