Дуже, дуже не зручний додаток і сайт
1. Якщо я замовник трьох квитків для родини, чому я маю вносити три різні емейли? Є люди в яких немає електронної пошти і це треба враховувати також.
2. Якщо я починаю спілкуватися в чатом підтримки, все що я бронювала до цього зникає і немає можливості повернутися в точку де я зупинилися і завершити бронювання. Я маю все починати спочатку. Це витрата мого часу в бажання вийти з вашого сайту без повернення
3. Чому ви автоматично підтягуєте код країни в телефоні +44, якщо я зареєстрована з України і роблю це в додатку ? Це теж витрата мого часу
