I’m about to talk to app support, but no one can here me when I am having a conversation on the phone, sometimes they can but then they can’t. I’ve had 4 different types of ear buds, this is the only pair that do that. Plus every time I take them out and am holding one the buttons still work, that part is Annoying. Also my phone rings and it about blows blows out my eardrums. Shouldn’t they not be 100 times louder then the music no matter what?

I find it quite inconvenient that every time I open EdifierConnect , I have to go through the process of configuring it since it fails to save the settings I defined. Specifically, the behavior of the button to disable noise cancelling consistently reverts back to "Ambient sound," which can be frustrating. Additionally, the "Shutdown timer" feature is perplexing as it powers off the headphones while I am still in the middle of enjoying my audio, which doesn't make any sense. I hope EdifierConnect developers address these issues promptly to enhance the overall user experience.

These headphones and EdifierConnect are a huge let down. I have had several bad experiences with sudden powering down, to reconnect issues. They randomly power off and having to forget the device on my iphone 15 pro max, so they can re-establish connection. These over ear headphones are weak in terms of sound control and volume being to low in my opinion. No mic control to speak of in EdifierConnect , and there is no way to turn the microphones off. So for all you know this device is recording your conversation every time you power it on. Not ideal for privacy/security, they really need to go back to the drawing board on these. That is the reason for the not so possitive review. On the other hand these headphones have amazing battery life and charging capabilities. I just hope they can figure out the volume issue and microphone issues in EdifierConnect and the headphones. The noise cancellation is decent but not perfect, the ambient noise function sounded like static, and the gamer mode did imrove latency issues.

Crashes constantly, horrible widgets, terrible UI, don’t even waste your time. This is the companion app to a $400 pair of rebranded headphones that somehow sound worse than the technology they borrowed from. Stay away from Edifier if you value your time and money. Go buy a cheaper pair of Sony headphones if you want a good app experience and better sound, or stick with Apple products if you value user experience.

Further app rated privacy good. That’s false: qq,baidu,amaps,aliyuncs,umwngcloud,umwng, all have a TERRIBLE privacy rating yet EdifierConnect attempts to slurp up all kinds of data.

The “discover” feature attempts to render both Facebook and google adds.

The accessible privacy policy for Discover is an atrocity. In the name of security look at all the shares of absurd data harvesting.

The mall feature is the worst for people who don’t (wildcard) filter traffic.

This is a privacy war. You’re losing if you’re not applying countermeasures. Tell lies in online forms often at the least.

The EQ custom functionality is great. The tinkery level for ambient mode is useful. I am irked I cannot change MFB taps to custom actions

Bad app, widget doesn’t work, app rarely pairs and has no option for manually connecting, appears to require data connection to use, have to connect through app to adjust the ambient sound options, and the most recent update seems to have really broken things more. The earbuds sound great and the features work well when EdifierConnect is working, but one bud is already having a hard time charging. The Chinese language support and agreement pages are not reassuring. Can not check battery of the case, only of the buds when they are in use not in the case.

Whenever I walk out of range and return EdifierConnect refuses to reconnect unless I shut off the Bluetooth and start over. The eq is only of the four band variety instead of eight like my Liberty air 2 pro’s. EdifierConnect shows the option for LDAC, but when I hit it, it basically says “coming soon”. Edifier should have just waited for it to be available to put the option in there without being able to use it. Stupid.

The sound on these are excellent. ANC works great. My issue is that it won’t save your settings. If you want ambient mode, then you need to turn it on every time because it defaults to ANC. I’m sure this is something that can be fixed in an update. Ability to adjust eq in EdifierConnect would put it over the top.

EdifierConnect is good to see what percentage your headphones especially when you can see it on your Lock Screen. But that’s cons of EdifierConnect is 1. My headphones would disconnect randomly but it says it’s connected on settings (it doesn’t happen a lot but it still shouldn’t). 2. On the part on the lock screen where you can see the percentage it would disconnect or ask to allow it to do that. 3. I’ve had to redownload EdifierConnect 3 times now because it would disconnect my headphones and not register, so when that happens I can’t change the modes my headphones are on like noises cancellation or game mode. Every irritating when that happens and I’m tired of having to redownload EdifierConnect. 4. You can only have an account on one device and won’t connect to another once you put EdifierConnect on your phone, I’d would like to pair my headphones with my laptop as well but I can’t.
Definitely need some improvements to this product and app.

I use them on my 12 hr shifts at work and they last about 10 hrs with out the noise canalization I just wish you had a setting so if you wanted it on every time or ambience mode on and not your noise one or if you wanted them both to be off by default

The reason it gets 3 stars is I don’t think this would be hard to have in the buds that cost as much as they do given there is an app to use with the buds there should be a way to have a file on EdifierConnect that the headphones read right after they pair with the device and check to see if EdifierConnect has been installed if so change default to the settings on that device

I have TWS NB2 earbuds. Overall, it’s nice to have an app to be able to make some adjustments to the headphones and see battery life. Suggested firmware updates would be volume control and ability to power on and off without using the case or app. Suggested app updates would be to allow user to customize earbud touch controls. Thanks!

Apart from occasional connection issues, it's been really good. However, when i am in a call or a meeting on google meet it automatically switches to noise reduction mode. Please add this feature or tell me if there's any workaround for turning on ambient mode while in a call.

As an avid earphone enthusiast with more than a dozen sound gear to my credit, both on ear, in ear and over ear, I can honestly proclaim these as the king of comfort. Looks = 8; sound = 7; battery life= 7.3; comfort = 10. Overall a very good product considering the very cheap price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

EdifierConnect itself is decent. It’s much easier for changing modes than the dodgy multi/tap controls on the buds. Adjusting the tap sensitivity helps, but it’s still difficult to activate the control you want with taps. Not to mention difficult to remember the various combinations.

Was going to complain the widget was missing. But I located it at last. Apparently the widget selection screen on my phone is very unintuitive. (I haven’t cared about widgets at all till now, so I’m not so much familiar with it.)

I use the edifier TWS NB2 and would really like to see some features like equalizer,personalisation of the touch controls and showing charge of the charging case which would make EdifierConnect perfect.

I love fit, I can wear all day with no discomfort.
The custom sound option can literally make or break your opinion of these. I found a preset someone shared on Reddit for my W240TN’s ( which are my go to with that preset for watching movies on tablet) but these are really good as well.
I like being able to customize my control individually on each bud and even playing around changing the color of the charging light.
I am big on only wearing one at a time during the day at work and these by far have the best mic quality I’ve experienced out of the 10 or 11 different earbuds I have.
I still have some tweaking to, I’m sure there is probably a better custom sound for these specifically but overall these and my W240TN’s are by far the best quality, sounding and stacked with options buds I’ve owned

If you like TWS1 Pro. This new version is way better. The sound quality is impressive for a small form factor sitting in a very low profile in your ear. And it sounds so good better than many earbuds three times the price. It comes with premium features.

I wish it came with more colors. You will not be disappointed

Perfect price for this premium sound quality earbuds you need to not look any further. It’s sound beautiful out of the box. Congratulations Edifier for this amazing product.

My only wish is more control functions like press and hold or four taps for assigning different functions.

I gave five stars for this product base on values and sounds quality. This is my 98 pairs of earbuds and it’s still impressed me compared to much higher price earbuds.

The sound and reliability of these buds lived up to online reviews. I was particularly impressed with EdifierConnect which makes monitoring and customization a breeze. There is also an excellent user manual available. This a great choice for anyone looking for a midrange device.

From the Edifier NeoBuds Pro 2 to the Edifier app, Edifier has out done their selves. Easy to follow instructions, plenty of choices to make your listening experience a personal one just for you. Wearing Detection along with excellent noise reduction, and wind cancellation… I actually had to pick my jaw up of the floor. I’m listening to music via my new ear buds and EdifierConnect. To be honest, I’m so comfortable and relaxing is coming so very easy for the first time in decades. Thank you so very much to both the designers of EdifierConnect and ear buds, but also to the investors that spared no expense in giving your customers a second to none experience. I assure you that it’s all greatly appreciated.

Just bought the TWS1 pro2 which by themselves are already great but EdifierConnect has an amazing array of options for customization for them, great interface and incredible IOS compability.
