I don’t recommend using this app or service. We wasted time and money trying to store our bags with it. Their partners aren’t reliable and there’s no quick access to customer support when you encounter issues.

Looks like their reviews have been reset. The app looks great and their in house reviews look good too. However, I went to send a question on their chat center and they are not working until Monday. They claim it is 24/7 (it’s not)...makes me a little scared to trust them with my bags.
