The app is very outdated and is poorly made. The service is also terrible and their parking lots in Montréal are dilapidated. To make it worse, they no longer have anyone working in the lots so you feel abandoned until a bus comes around 20-30 minutes later.
They pull in enormous amounts of money with this terrible service. Avoid.

Seems like it only takes certain format. Tried all different ways but won't take it. For example AC1234 or AC 1234. Nothing works. Waste of time
