This app is just a waste of time.. aside recharging which takes days to reflect, it very useless because it doesn’t even sold basic errors on the meter.. you’d have to go all the way to the office to get assistant on the very basic issues
Example there’s this common error that pops up and doesn’t allow top up from the app or vendor.. to get that fixed you’ll have to go to the office and mention your meter number to them and that’s all
Why can’t we just do that on the app or even call?
Do we have to go to the office all the time?
I’d advise you don’t download this app cuz you’ll still end up at the office for the same things the app is supposed to take care of

There’s an entire section of the app dedicated to giving information to citizens, yet we don’t received any notifications or message/announcement in the app about upcoming outages. Neither can we report outages to too. There are 4 things that can be reported but the biggest reportable issue which are outages aren’t included. Due to high inefficiency of Ghana electricity, announcements or notifications of outages on the mobile up will be greatly appreciated. I mean we add out meters, you know where the meter is, just send notifications to the associated phones that power will be off for a while. I don’t think am asking for much really.

ECG app is very poor to the extend that you have to expect an issue with getting token sometimes when you make a purchase and the work team? They are worse that they can’t do anything to solve it than to wait on another team to solve it. This is very poor that I’m up at 5am and my light is out and I can’t even do any purchase because I tried and my money got locked in the system. They are very poor to the extend that they are fast in taking your payment but very poor in delivering what you have bought. It’s a whole trash app that apple needs to take off the App Store for good. Time wasting for real
