How to fix REPu app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the REPu app on iPhone
Update REPu app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall REPu iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix REPu on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve REPu network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix REPu not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent REPu app issues:

Force Stop the REPu App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click REPu app. » click "Force Stop".

Update REPu to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear REPu App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "REPu app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch REPu.

Fix REPu unable to contact server/ REPu internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click REPu » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got REPu » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch REPu on android.
