I was trying HARD to do a cakes and bakery delivery for someone in Kyiv, while I am away. 3 (thee!) times I spent 30 mins with Chatbot support to try to understand WHY the Silpo can not charge my bank card. Ukrainian bank card!!!!
Time wasted, sweet gift not given, user experience - zero.
