This app works beautifully the first day or so I had it. Then, when I paid $5 to remove ads the app ceased to function at all.
Now, whenever I open it I only get a screen with a “send feedback” button. Tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times as well as rebooting my phone. Nothing helps. Being as it was the only thing I can do in the app, I utilized the Send Feedback button to email the creator and ask what the deal was. Got no response.
This is shameful and I’d like my $5 back
Unusable without their subscription

Apparently the money they got from the ads wasn’t enough. Now most of the functions are disabled unless you pay their ransom of $20/year. This application won’t dramatically change in one year’s time, so why the subscription? Greed. Subscriptions make sense for applications that change over time. This one will not. Deleted.

The app was fine with ads, but they removed all the features from the free version and try to get you to sign up for a monthly subscription to use the whole thing. This app is no longer worth it as a free app. There are other Sony remotes in the App Store that allow you to play a flat fee that is cheaper than the monthly subscription of this one.
