Please help, after I enter my email address it goes directly to password, something I don’t have since I am just registering. Please let me know what to do. I have had MyRewards for months and cannot use it. Deleted app and downloaded again and the same issue. What am I doing wrong?

I am unable to register my card as has been reported by others.
My bank is registered with My Rewards, but the registration page is requesting a password, rather than the cc number, as the tutorial says it should.
I have emailed the developer’s help site, but the response has been inadequate. They can see that I am not yet registered, (which I know!), but they cannot explain why I cannot register.
Have referred me back to my bank, who have said I must register on MyRewards !
Very poor service.

Every time I type in my email address it says your data is invalid. I tried three different ones and none were accepted.

I cannot access my account. When I do forgot password, I never get the reset link. And there is no number to call to ask for help.

Really is incredible that a company like visa can use an app like this, it is not intuitive and accidentally you can book or pay flights because there are transparent buttons without indications or parallel info. Really disgusting app!

I’ve been booking my vacations the wrong way all this time but my bank told me I had some points on MyRewards, so I gave it a shot.
I couldn’t find lower prices on other travel portals, and they wouldn’t have given me any points after buying through them any way.

The split payment is pretty sweet too, you slide your finger to tell MyRewards how many points or credits you want to use. It’s easy to use and rewards its users. Amazing!

This is such a great app. Finally I have away to easily redeem my points! The travel options are great and you can even pay with your points mixed with your credit card, if you don’t have enough points for all you want. Very glad I found it and that my bank is enrolled.

MyRewards provides endless benefits! I love that you can use your points that are already on your bank’s account and even combine them with your credit card. Also, you have live support via chat or call and even from MyRewards and web!

I’ve tried different loyalty apps in my day but the split payment feature made this one rise got the top, sliding your finger to pick the ratio between your points and credit card. Nice touch! Get it? Lol. Plus, they don’t limit the number of cards that I use. The best price guarantee doesn’t hurt either.
