Level finishes but nothing happens. Hole remains frozen while other city elements continue to move.

City is complete, but screen wont move on. It wont continue to allow to built any new cities. I tried deleting cache but that didnt help. I play another round and instead of going back into build mode, I am sent right back to play another round.

After time runs out, the level just won't complete.

Game ends and my hole just stays where it is, not loading other play areas, and this is after your update which is becoming a bit of a habit, then you fix it and I lose everything which is not the first time either

My hole freezes at the end of the game while everything else continues in the background

I made two in app purchases to remove ads and halftime and they are bot showing up on my phone

When I get done playing it just stay there. The game is still going but it stuck. And if I delete the app I lose all data so I don’t want to do that.

When I finish a level it doesn’t end and I am just stuck there while other holes crash into me. If I go into build mode then the game freezes

Screen is locked. I can see movement in background but after game finished, screen is stuck. iPhone 13

When i downlaod the game and open it i can change the modes. If i close the game and reopen it the Home Screen changes completely and i no longer can change modes but get diff worlds power ups stickers ect. But no longer can change modes.

Gray transparent screen after loading with the Hol io sticker pack in the upper right corner. Game not responding. Tried restarting phone closing game multiple times. Same thing, I also have the current version of iOs and app.

Won’t load properly.

Whenever I go into a server/game and it starts, I'm unable to see my own self/hole. The screen shows me an empty spot on the map while I can see other players' arrows moving about out of the frame. I'm unable to move either, so it seems like I'm spectating this one area and I'm unable to play the game despite changing maps, modes, and skins. I don't know why this is happening, maybe it has something to do with my device (Asus Chromebook) But I doubt it because for a whole day I was still able to play on this same device without issues

Running hole.io on iPhone 12 Pro for at least the last year with no problems until about a week ago. Now, it comes up with the game greyed/blacked out but running Home Screen demo-no way to play the game. Ad banner at bottom is not grayed out, and ads can be selected. I’ve completely powered my phone down, and made sure it was the only app running. I’ve even deleted a few apps in case it was a memory issue. I’ve gone do far as to keep the load screen continuously active for about 30 minutes, hole.io simply would not load. All other apps and games on my phone still work fine.
