Got Tag because a previous girl I dated. Once I got it I opened it everyday/everywhere I went and not a single person is ever on it.

A friend told me about Tag and I was really looking forward to using it and trying it out but I can’t even log in, it take me to the sign up with email or Facebook and I’ve tried both and both won’t work, I press enter and nothing happiness. I have the iPhone X, please fix, was looking forward to using.

I enter my email address and tap Enter and nothing ever happens. I don't use Facebook. iOS 13.1.2 on 11 pro Max.
I just downloaded Tag and when I go to use it it doesn’t work. To specific, when I open Tag it brings me to a screen which gives me two options. Log in with Facebook or with an email. When I try the Facebook option it tells me, “
App Not Setup: Tag is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.” And when I try to do the email option nothing happens. I enter in my email and press “enter” and nothing happens. Please fix this issue
